Everyone's mouth ages differently, and mine? Mine was a mess. I needed to have 2 major gum grafts, a few root canals, a few deep cleanings, many scaling's, fillings, etc. I am still nowhere near done, but I can solidly affirm the quality health care this place can provide. Due to the pandemic, staffing has been an absolute nightmare, everywhere. The Silverdale location is no exception. I have had to travel to Gig Harbor a few times to have a root canal and a crown done, because the Silverdale location had lost its dentist. The dentists and surgeons also are shared between the other locations, so I had a crown lengthening procedure done on my tooth at the location in Lynwood. With that being said, I have interacted A LOT with the staff at Bright Now Dental as a whole. From Silverdale, Gig Harbor and the Lynwood location, each person I interacted with was friendly and attentive. I was also very nervous each time I went in, but they made sure I understood what was happening and that I was in control. The crowns I have gotten are all excellently placed and were done using the latest scanning technology. The dentists, dental assistants and periodontists really know their stuff. I never felt like they didn't know what was going on. They accept insurance (I have Delta Dental) and they also allow you to sign up for Care Credit, which I did. I would recommend this place for sure. They have taken great care of my mouth and helped me get back on the road to recovery.

To my horror, I recently suffered an embarrassing (and completely unanticipated) "bridge failure" leaving me looking quite Haalloweenish. I quickly accepted the counsel provided by several local dental professionals and called the Cedarbrook Dental team. Once again, the value of a stellar reputation paid off handsomely. The entire staff was amazing; and I felt an instant affinity. The highpoint of my experience was none other than Dr. Peter Elton himself. Not only did he immediately (& compassionately) address my embarrassing dilemma, he met me at 6am the very next morning, on his scheduled day off mind you, to completely re-install a brand new temporary bridge which instantly returned my confidence and smile. My permanent fixture is being built as I write and I can't tell you how appreciative I am for the kindness and compassion each member of the Cedarbrook team showed. Earlier this week I had a consult to discuss bonding, which seemed to go well, and I signed a quote from the receptionist, Alicia, for around $1700 for everything. Two days later I received an email, rather than a call, stating that they had made a mistake. I was okay with paying a bit more if necessary, so I wasn't concerned until I saw that they had doubled the cost to $3500. Alicia never took direct accountability for quoting me the wrong amount, instead saying that she was "sorry that an inaccurate price was quoted" as if it wasn't her mistake. There have been a lot of minor issues, like rescheduling me last minute, that I have looked past because I understand that things happen, but the way this situation was handled showed a lack of care that is extremely disappointing.
