He had to replace a part and the unit has run fine since. I have also used their services to replace old electrical boxes in the ceiling of the second floor bedrooms so I was able to replace the light fixtures with ceiling fans. He also ran the electrical for my microwave and installed the unit. As of recent, he installed a whole house air purification unit to assist with odor elimination and remove particles from the air. The unit works great. My wife has terrible alergies and since installing the unit it has eliminated her having to take as many medications. Today he evaluated my furnace to ensure that the water was flowing from the furnace to the drain. He cleaned the line, removed a pump that was not needed, and installed drainage. With every project Carlos has operated with honesty and integrity, provided very competitive pricing, and completed each project without any issues. STAY AWAY,spent 9 days trying to get in touch with office,sign on door said open 9 to noon and call…read morenumber after that until 5PM.Office was closed everyday so called over and over,finally got a call back after 5 days and scheduled a service call.Tech showed up and we told him furnace was intermittent running and house was cold.As he started checking wires it came on and he said it was fixed and gave me bill and told me to call him at number he called me at when he arrived if it quit again.5 minutes after he left it quit again,tried calling number he gave me over and over,tried everyday for next 12 days and tried office number and drove to officemstill no answer,Kept calling tech and he finally called me wondering who was calling him so much (no voicemail) and found out he gave me his personal number and gave me his work cell number and said he would come over Saturday morning on his own time to fix it and I told him to call me before coming over so i could be there to open house for him.He said about 10AM would work.Saturday morning I was listening for phone by 8AM,no call by 10AM,no call by 10:15 so I went to house to wait,called from house both numbers over and over til 5PM,no response ! Tried following week over and over but no response,finally had to call someone else to fix it and they came over in morning and found problem in less than a minute,bad air valve,cost me $37 in parts,works great now,Now they billed me and I refused to pay as they didn't do anything and explained I called office and tech more than 50 times in 2 1/2 weeks with no response,they now sent it to collection agency ! I have used them for new furnaces and A/C units in all my income properties and my house for over 30 years,but now seems they are out of business ? At least they act like thay are out of business !
