Circle of Care provided a caretaker for approximately eight hours a week to provide relief for the full time caretaker hired through different agency. For reasons beyond anyone's control, the relief caretaker wasn't able to sustain her commitment. Circle of Care was determined and aggressive in finding a replacement to avoid any lapse in care. Most importantly, Cynthia, the CEO at Circle of Care, demonstrated kindness, empathy, and dedication. She was always accessible and responsive to questions or concerns.
