This is a very unprofessional practice. I attempted to schedule an appointment for over a week and…read morenever received a call back. When I finally reached a representative who was willing to speak with me and explain the situation, I was told that in order to schedule an appointment I would need to physically go to my previous doctor, pick up an imaging CD, bring it to this office so they could download the images, and then return the CD to my doctor afterward. In other words, I would need to miss a full day of work just to accommodate them in doing their job. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend wasting your time or insurance at this facility.

There had been a miscommunication…read morebetween my doctor and this office and it seemed they were expecting me to know the name of the sonogram I was supposed to be getting. And it's really really confusing. I have family history of breast cancer and always have to get a second reading after a typical mammo. Add to this that I was used to a mammo followed by an MRI every six months but in New York that's not the recommendation. So I was edgy and might have exploded when the technician seemed put off by my not knowing what the hell I was there for. A phone call to my doctor's office (they had made the mistake) and it was all cleared up. And the procedure was very thorough and the technician was very kind (and yes, I apologized for getting angry). She was also extremely informative and cleared up any confusion I might have had. Wish I remembered her name because she deserves praise (seems like this office reads/responds to reviews so hopefully they can look up who did my procedure back in October and give credit to that technician). This was my first time here (back in October) and I had a six month follow up in June that was seamless (yes, there's a procedure to keep everyone safe in COVID times). I've found the appointment staff to be helpful and friendly, as well as front desk reception. The space is large, clean and comfortable. Second time around, I had a different technician who was nowhere near as friendly as the first time, but she was efficient enough, I suppose. I do feel that an area for improvement would be with working with techs to be consistently approachable and communicative with patients. That said, I'm fine with returning for my annual/semi annual exams.

One of them completely ignored us and was outright rude. After we waited for 10 minutes, the staff member on the right finally asked if we had an appointment. Meanwhile, the lady in the center acted like she didn't want anything to do with us. However, the moment an elderly couple walked in, that same employee instantly jumped up to help them. It is heartbreaking to see this kind of blatant bias happening right here in Danbury. If you cannot treat everyone with equal respect regardless of their background, you shouldn't be working in patient care. People can see right through this behavior. I will never bring my son back to this office, and I will never use this facility again myself. I've read other reviews concerning the reception staff .

He never received the images. When I called Northeast Radiology to request a copy of the images, I was told I have to use the patient portal for Clearpath. It didn't work so I called them back and instead of taking care of it, I was given the phone number for Clearpath. When I called Clearpath and told the rep what happened, she laughed and said I wasn't the first and won't be the last to complain about them. Clearpath was supposed to share the images with my doctor by email, but he received the email with no images. It shouldn't be this hard. They are incompetent and I will never use them again.

I was asked what was the reason and…read moreI explained that I had some very small white cysts in the eye area, It started with one and at that time I had three. They set up an appointment with Ellie Nam, who I thought was a doctor and later find out she was a physician assistant. The day of the appointment she looked at me and told me she could not treat me, she said I had Milia and she could not do anything to treat it, I should see an esthetician. About 3 months later I received a statement from my insurance company with a charge of $300.00 for services that were not provided, under the name of a doctor that I did not see. Why would a doctor assistant charge for $300.00 for services that were not provided? I google Milia and different websites recommend patients to see a dermatologist!
