So the project was to rekey the door, upon arrival the locks were taken out, 20 minutes later I was told that the old key was a 'high security key'? and impossible to rekey without the special parts (what?). I was shown something on the key like I understand anything in the locks business. The locksmith left to look for that 'special part'. That was a week ago, he never returned. Gosh I hope he is ok, otherwise it's not ok. The lock was rekeyed with no problem by AA safe and security. Highly recommend them. It costed me a bit more than what Open Sesame quoted but it was worth it, I'd give a negative star to Open Sesame if I could. I'm writing this review at 11:10pm. I called Open Sesame Locksmith at about 10:15pm on a Monday night because we had an urgent need for a locksmith at a rental property occupied by a house full of young women who were feeling unsafe because they thought someone had their key. Isaac not only answered the phone, but took down my information and said he would be there in 10-15 minutes. Incredible. I showed up at the house and he was already there, having introduced himself to our tenants, and was working to change the locks and make them feel safe again. For a lower price than I'm sure I could have gotten anywhere else, he came out in an incredibly timely fashion, did an EXCELLENT job replacing the old locks with new ones, and made everyone (include me!) feel great about the entire experience.
