Twice I have left my keys to my storage unit three hours away and twice, he was able to show up on short notice to save me. Reasonable fees for getting me out of a bad situation. I have probably lucked out a little bit that he was able to arrive on relatively short notice both times. I was house sitting for my parents and one of their requests was to have the lock fixed on their garage side door (it had been damaged for multiple break-ins the last year). I found Santa Cruz Security Systems through a Yelp search and our experience was just as great as the other reviews. I returned Lynn's phone call to my online inquiry, and within 45 minutes he was able to come over to the house (was even earlier than his estimated time) and determined that the lock was actually installed with the incorrect piece. Lynn had a great supply with him and was able to switch out the piece right there (for a relatively old and complicated lock). The job was done in less than 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price.
