The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star. The staff is friendly, They do not have the biggest selection but they do carry a wide variety of modern style clothing and it's perfect for work gear and t shirts. The prices are decent as well.

The size was Asian size: meaning I wear Asian M which is about the same as US S size. I should have learned then but I didn't. I went back. Last week I bought a white pair of zapatillas paid $58. This week I went back and got a white pair and was charged $48. I asked if all their zapatillas were priced the same and he said yes. I then questioned why I was charged $10 more the previous week. He got his panties in a bunch and said his wife said the wrong price this week and I should consider myself lucky that I got a discount.
