The PCU on Santa Teresa has become my new home bank and is everything you can expect from the bank and more . I walk in and took a seat and was digging in my bag as the teller seemed like she was pretty much done with the call she was on and a lovely lady Ms. Linda Dinh popped out of a office closest to me and asked how she could help me today ( I must admit that I was not expecting that considering there was two tellers and it was going to be my turn in less than 5 minutes). Linda was so lovely and patient and kind and explained all PCU Credit Card options available and also her recommendation in regards to my usage. She help me apply for a card and went the extra mile to call me the next day to inform me that I was approved and also had an in depth phone call to explain the best ways to build my credit history with respect to the credit card I was approved for and also made it a point to go through all the other cards . I really did feel like I was being taken care of by a friend who had retired and was educating me to get the best possible deal that only a ln insider would known. All in all it was a great experience. As Linda and I was wrapping up in her office she asked in passing about a gentleman who happened to be an amazing man who was the manager of the Los Gatos PCU and he happened to be the manager( I opened my first bank account with him )and she mentioned that she used to work at that same branch and that the LG branch manager had moved on and we reminisced brief of his awesomeness she handed me her card as I left . Ms Linda Dinh happens to be the Manager of this branch and you can be assured that you will be taken care of always. P.S : on my follow up calls with Linda a light bulb went off in my head and I finally remembered that Linda happened to be a teller at the LG branch (my previous home bank )and I used to interact with her all the time as she assisted me many times and even helped me cash out my first checks. This week I have been working with Rayna Gutierrez at the Cottle Rd branch by phone while she helped me with a low interest secured loan, and open 2 new accounts that maximized my return of dividends from checking and savings accounts. A bank helping my money MAKE money for me!?! I will qualify this positive review by saying that the service you get might depends on who you talk to because when I first called the 800# to ask about a small personal loan I got a cookiecutter "No" response from someone who clearly didn't know what she was doing and needs more training.
