Permits, flights, vet visits, quarantine, certificates - there's a lot. They did all the heavy lifting and told us exactly what we needed to do at every step. The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway! That was really challenging for us working out receiving the car.

Lynn's veterinary experience is an added bonus. When my older dog stopped eating while I was away, she let me know immediately and kept a close eye on him. As her concern for his health grew, she asked if she could cook something for him. She even called once I was home to check-up on him. Luckily he was ok, but if I would have relied on the neighbor or a family member to work into their scheduled the time to drop by to care for him, his condition would have deteriorated. Our pets trust we will always take good care of them - even when we are away. We then got an email that the snake was with animal control at the Denver airport and we needed to pay 400.00 to release the snake from their care. Then we got an email stating that we needed 250.00 for an all city permit. We paid all of these fees. Then they asked for 495.00 stating that the owner had to be here to sign papers to give us ownership, which we did not pay. They are not getting any more money from us.
