    The service was ok, doctor was nice. Unfortunately they dilated my eyes before they let me pick my glasses. Once it was time to choose them I literally couldn't see anything and had to pick out my new glasses basically blind. I didn't appreciate that and wish they would have let me pick the glasses BEFORE I go half blind. (I wasn't aware how little I would see after the doctors appointment) I honestly don't really like my glasses, now that I can actually see them. I won't make that mistake again - but they should know better than doing this to a customer. So learn from my mistake and make sure to pick out your glasses BEFORE they put the drops in your eyes!

On 2 separate occasions I tried to pick up my daughter's glasses. On both occasions employees just sat there watching customers and having us wait. Apparently it takes two employees to help a customer as well when it comes to fitting glasses and placing orders. The first time I left after 20 minutes of waiting there because I had somewhere else to be. Today after 10 minutes I asked how long the wait would be and the chick stood up and grabbed the glasses and set them in front of us. After a few minutes I grabbed them to have my daughter try them on and this chick across the room raised her voice (essentially shouted) and said don't touch them until you're helped. Then proceeded to come to us and ask my daughter to try them on and see the wall on the other side of the room. I told her they were replacement glasses and the vision had nothing to do with it and I grabbed them to see if any adjustments needed to be made so they don't fall off her face. Please explain why it took me grabbing the glasses to finally be helped when she had been sitting there from the second I stepped foot in there and why was it okay to snatch them from where I had put them when she told me to stop? Are you okay and who hurt you that you felt the need to do this in a public setting, more specifically your place of work? Additionally, before I left I told her next time before she decides to raise her voice at a customer to ask herself if that's how she wants to be treated. There was no need to raise her voice or make a huge scene out of nothing as I paid for these glasses... Treat others the way you want to be treated, common sense I would think but apparently not so common at this location. Lastly had she read the note she would've known they were just replacements before making a huge scene and making it seem as if I was stealing glasses I had already paid for. Teach your employees how to be respectful towards your customers as this scene was truly uncalled for and beyond disrespectful. Also, if I'm picking up there is no need for me to wait 20+ mins when I'm grabbing and going, especially when my daughter wasn't present the first time. I've never ever experienced this type of disrespect with the Brandon location and from reading the reviews apparently this is pretty normal for this location which is truly a shame. *** also if it's a replacement make sure you get that in writing because they like to make calls telling you that you still need to return the old pair even though it's in their possession. Henderson, I believe was his name. I'm sure the man is qualified but has the bedside manner of an alley cat. A situation came up where he had to explain something to me (because I have CFSME often my cognitive skills are lacking and difficult). It involved being told I had a condition that I'd heard of but knew nothing about...I say this in " defense" of the fact that I asked two questions back to back. Apparently that's a " God forbid". He actually raised his voice a bit and....no, didn't repeat or explain anything.. I'm sorry that I can't remember his exact words- VERY sorry- but in a nutshell " What's WRONG with you ?" I brought a friend to drive home and I couldn't he spoke to me that way. We both just looked at each other like " for real!" I am not an over sensitive kid..I was at least in my late 50's. I never saw him again and wouldn't . Parting on a more positive note. Dr. Lawrence is very good with follow up information and he is extremely thorough. Only because of their pricing I have decided to look elsewhere .

It used to be a flat fee of $60 now they have it on a tier level based on the prescription. When I questioned the front desk, they said more supplies are used, well during exam nothing, nothing changed at all!!! I will now be looking for a new eye care doctor. The greedy of the large corporations is getting out of control. My insurance doesn't cover the contact prescription exam, only the annual exam which includes glasses. So out of pocket was over $98 just to get my prescription for contacts. Then they will still bill my insurance for another payment.
