They are also very streamlined: You fill out new patient forms, etc. on line and they send reminders via email and text. That being said it's almost like a bait and switch. When we made the appointments we were told $140 out of pocket since they don't take our insurance. When we got there, they verified that they do not take our insurance and she gave us the "self pay-out of pocket" waiver to sign. We were then told it would be up to $250. Not the $140 they quoted us. I can't comment on the exam itself since we left. Just want others to be aware and clarify EVERY cost before you make an appointment.

In 2023, my total was: Frames: $210 Lenses: $60 Exam: $60 Total: $330 Fast forward to December 2025: Frames: $330 (same frames) Lenses: $100 Exam: $99 That's a massive jump in just two years. When I went to pick up my glasses (after waiting for them to come in), I questioned the pricing because I genuinely thought it might be a mistake. I was then told that since I "upgraded" after the first mis-order, I actually owe them more money. What?? The front desk told me the suggested retail was $264 and that they mark that up -- somehow that becomes over $330. Meanwhile, the suggested retail on the original frames is $227, which means they're marking them up over 45%. Just wow. I chose to leave without causing a scene, but the combination of repeated ordering errors, dismissive customer service, and dramatic price increases is unacceptable. Patients deserve accountability, transparency, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that here. I will be taking my business elsewhere

A third party came by a few minutes to 9 for an appointment or walk-in, read the hours, looked at me and the stranger waiting outside and got in his car and drove off. Someone strolled in a few minutes to 9 walked past us without comment, opened the door with keys, and locked the door. From there things got ugly.
