WOW WOW WOW - is all I can say. I accidentally stepped on my glasses. The lens were not damaged but the frames were bent on both sides were the hinges are. I went to my normal eye doctor of 20 years where I have previously purchased all my glasses. They told me they were not fixable and quoted me nearly $700 to get new frames. I was frustrated because it was a mistake on my part to step on them but I was hoping they would work with me to repair them or get new ones. I went to my car and googled "eye glass repair" and Optical Connection was the first listing that popped up. I called and spoke with Jose and He was so friendly and offered to take a look at them. They were closing at 5:30 (it was currently 5 p.m.) so I raced over. He took a look and in 15 mins got them back to 85%. He asked if I could leave them and he would continue to work on them. I said I could. He called me today - 2 days later and I went back and was AMAZED. They looked incredible and almost like new. I was floored by how GREAT of a job Jose did. He is incredible, everyone who works there is. They are very helpful, very fair pricing and I really felt like they cared about me and my glasses - way more than my doctor of 20 years did. They have made a new customer in me. The next time I need glasses or have any issues with my glasses I know EXACTLY who I am calling and where I am going. As soon as I walked in he turned into wonderful host who was very helpful in the selection and decision making of my lenses and then one day, when Zac wasn't available, Mr Armen took over and he has just been another impossibly knowledgeable dream-level professional who helped me further zero in even more on my lens choice. Overpriced frames for the quality you're getting. Found the same exact frames (after the fact) online for $40 and was charged $150. Was stuck to buying because I had redeemed a Group On. So, folks don't waste your money with the GroupOn. You're forced then to buy overpriced cheap quality frames. The lenses seem okay. Customer service - sales wise - decent - I liked the jr. sales person the most - he was very nice. The optometrist, nice at first but got impatient with my questions.
