Thus, the entire area is kept clean and pristine. The waiting room has a giant aquarium which takes up about half of the wall. It's a salt water tank with many fishes that'll remind you of Finding Nemo! (His kids had a hand in picking these out). Also, there's plenty of refreshments available to you on arrival. My personal favorite is to monopolize the keurig machine and snag a mocha flavored k-cup. The receptionists here are warm and happy. Always energetic, they seem genuinely interested in engaging in conversation. The dental hygienists are equally as fun, making a dreaded visit to the dentist not so bad. The chairs and TV themselves are new and up-to-date. I could easily fall asleep in one of those things while staring at the tv directly above me. Quite pleasant. Dr. Tran is amazing. He's very approachable and amiable. He's always engaged in his patients and is getting life updates. Note: if you want to get him riled up, challenge him to a table tennis match!

I didn't feel any pain during my cavity fillings and they kept me at ease. Even when I started to feel some discomfort they gave me an extra shot right away. I don't know if it's standard at places, but you get 10 percent off your bill when paying in cash.
