Further, any non-"member" gets the hard sell every time to join, AND gets told they're not allowed to use the vacuums if they don't join. Simply put, for an extra-premium cost, it's not a pleasant experience whatsoever. Also, there inexplicably is no family/multi-car membership for those with 2-3 cars or at home, so it is simply not viable economically to buy 2-3 monthly memberships.

I've been coming to this car wash for 4 years and they never disappoint. They are pretty fast and efficient. They pay attention to detail and even vacuum my car seats- which I appreciate. I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. (I forgot to take a photo of the sign.) They have a punch card for loyalty - and they do a free wash on your birthday! ****The prices in the sign photo attached to my previous review are old, from 2022. The guy said he could do it, but cautioned me that it'd take some time. About half an hour, he said. I told him I had about an hour available. After going through the car wash I parked it with him and left. I returned 45 minutes later. He explained that less than half the car was waxed, because he'd been busy. But then I discovered that none of the interior had been done. The dash and the console were still covered with dust and the floor mats were still a mess. So I asked him if we could just focus on the interior. He seemed to agree that he could do that, but then left again to go tend to other cars entering the car wash. I waited and waited, while feeling ignored. Nearly an hour after I eventually got in my car and left. $48 lighter, and without even so much as tire dressing. Needless to say - I won't be back.

I was wrong not to be more aware but they have a very horrible system as the gate lifts way too slow and it should be seen from any height vehicle. You really need to look to see if it's up. My other car washes do not have this issue. Hard to navigate with any type of truck because everything is so low and narrow. Wide turn vehicle is difficult.

After the wash, I noticed multiple scratches on different parts of the car that were not there before entering. I returned to the location to report the damage and spoke with the manager, Edgar Merino, but he showed no real interest in investigating the situation or offering a solution. I later tried to contact general management and never received a response. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of responsibility and customer service. I understand that issues can happen, but the minimum expected is that they take the matter seriously and try to resolve it. In my case, I was simply ignored. I do not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.
