After the wash, I noticed multiple scratches on different parts of the car that were not there before entering. I returned to the location to report the damage and spoke with the manager, Edgar Merino, but he showed no real interest in investigating the situation or offering a solution. I later tried to contact general management and never received a response. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of responsibility and customer service. I understand that issues can happen, but the minimum expected is that they take the matter seriously and try to resolve it. In my case, I was simply ignored. I do not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.

The newer staff loses a star because they put little to no effort in the pre-brushing off of the car (and this is for the past couple years now). Sometimes they barely swipe the brush past the vehicle. This is not going to help with dried bird poop. I pay like $15 or $16 for the wash, tip a few bucks to the pre-brush crew, and a few more to the towel-dry guys at the end (who get an extra star), so over $20. I wish it was 5 stars! However, 5 days later I get a notification from my credit card company that my transaction was processed.
