Went in lookin straight up dirty came out like a brand new car !! Price is decent. Service was perfect.

Unfortunately, most of the local / independent car washes in area have been bought up by Russell Speeder national chain. They all now cost an absurd $10+ MORE than previously for just a basic wash. Further, any non-"member" gets the hard sell every time to join, AND gets told they're not allowed to use the vacuums if they don't join. Simply put, for an extra-premium cost, it's not a pleasant experience whatsoever. Also, there inexplicably is no family/multi-car membership for those with 2-3 cars or at home, so it is simply not viable economically to buy 2-3 monthly memberships. read more

I'm very pleased with this car wash. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful every time I'm there. I think it's a little pricey, but well worth it . They have everything there to clean your car. Very rarely do I have to wait in line. read more

Total waste of money, time, and patience. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! From the moment I pulled in, I was harassed three separate times to sign up for their membership. I made it clear I wasn't interested, but they kept pushing it like a bad sales pitch. They told me a basic wash for non-members would be $30, which is already outrageously overpriced, but I figured I'd just get it over with. After paying the $30, I went through the wash and it didn't even do its job. There were still dirt streaks on my windshield and spots on the car that clearly weren't touched. For that kind of price, I expected at least a clean vehicle. Then came the final straw. I pulled into the detailing area to try and clean up what their machine missed, and was rudely told it was members only. So not only did I pay a premium for a subpar wash, I wasn't even allowed to use the space to fix their half-done job. I had the unlimited plan at Russell Speeder's. Unfortunately, I lost my credit card and had get a new one. My payment did not go through since my card was inactivated. When I got my new card and entered the new data on their website, no payment was processed. Because I have concerns about what happened with my credit card data, I terminated my plan. In addition, I had problems with their car wash eating my back windshield wipers. I ended up getting a sleeve to cover the wipers so they wouldn't disappear. I also found that my car was never fully dry. I think their drying section is not up to task. read more

I got in line to get my car washed and soon became "trapped". I am a bit claustrophobic so it didn't help that I had no way to get out of line while I waited nearly 15 minutes for the customer in front of me to decided if they want a membership. I it unsafe and a wasted of my time. read more

I went in October and specified that I only wanted a wash and no membership. The attendant said OK and charged me 21 dollars on my card. In reviewing my statements, I found they have been charging me every month between 35 dollars and 40 dollars without my written approval. I never signed anything with them and did not agree to use the car wash after October. I tried calling their customer service number but they have limited hours unlike most legitimate businesses. read more

I just paid $21 for a car wash, which is apparently the least expensive wash. It did not get the bird poop off of my car (the reason for my visit) and my car was soapy and barely dry when I left. For $21, this is disappointing. read more

I just paid $21.00 for the worst car wash I have ever experienced. The personnel are great but my car is *not* clean. The front and rear windshields are still dirty because there was no "washing" done on them, just a soap and rinse. $21.00 is a lot of money for a car wash. I purchased the $21 car wash, however, before doing so, I was hassled by the sales man to sign up for a membership even though I repeatedly told him I did not want one. He wouldn't stop harassing me until I agreed, which I did not. I finally told him I don't live in the area so I don't go there often. He then wanted to know where I lived. I became stern and short with him and he finally gave me the single wash. After I went through, I drove to over the vacuums and began vacuuming my car. Another man came over to me and told me I couldn't use the vacuums since I wasn't a member, which I wasn't aware of. He then asked if I wanted a refund and to have them charge me for a membership instead and I said no. He told me I had to leave then. So after spending $21 on a wash, I cant even vacuum my car? This review is for the car wash on north street. The staff are incredibly helpful and answer all my questions. I have the car club membership which is twenty one dollars for the first month and thirty two dollars a month after that. They are required to send one if their own cars through at the beginning of their shift to make sure the car wash is properly functional, and the chemicals they use also help to maintain the color of your car, not deplete it. Expect this place to be packed on the weekend. Great music, and my car stays in top shape. I wash my car there once a week, and detail whenever needed. Don't forget to use the blower to get at the hard to reach spots in your car, and to clear out the vents. read more

I cancelled my membership after my car was totaled in a car accident. I immediately cancelled my wash membership but despite my cancellation my credit card was still charged and the funds that I was going to use for gas in my rental are now gone, Of course, this happens on a Sunday when no one will be available in the office until Monday. Thanks for really screwing up my morning and having me scramble to get to work. It's bad enough I'm without a car due to an accident but this just adds insult to injury. read more
