After I had a recent complaint, Dr Hamed Kabiri went out of his way to reach out to me and try to resolve the issue. I appreciate that.

I like to walk- in anytime for sickness or just a health check up. Sometimes it fast and sometime it's not depends if it's busy.

Kabiri has been thorough, a good listener, and allows me as the patient to be involved in my treatment protocol.

Please let me stay The location doesn't accept Apple Pay, however, everyone was patient with me while I sorted and looked for a card I could transfer money to. For my (the 2nd process after checking in), my blood pressure was taking manually by a nice young man who set the tone my escorting me into the room and saying "please sit wherever comfortable." I almost hopped on his computer to check my email (j/k lol). Very courteous. I'm forgetful so I left a stack on cards in the office which he promptly returned to me lol. Oh boy. My Partitioner was Mr. Daugherty. He asked questions, explained the purpose for the questions, and all in all, I felt at home. I say this and am largely surprised because I had the appearance of a bum lol. I wear suits 24/7, so when I'm sick, I'm just whatever. The treatment I received at the clinic was no different than if I were wearing a Joseph A. or an Alexandre (London). It was a great experience. Thank you.

But, the receptionist informed me that they only give urgent care to patients with life threatening injuries. Anything else, you have to make an appointment. If I had a life threatening illness, I would call "911", not hop in my car to come an urgent care. This is the second time I have been rejected by this so call "urgent care". I highly recommend you think hard before going to this clinic. I found another "urgent care clinic" that gives urgent care to everyone, like the sign on the building states. I Would give this location zero stars, if it was possible.

I looked online today to check the hours because I needed to be seen around midday and wanted to see if they closed for lunch. I did not see posted closure hours, so took a chance. I have to say, I was disturbed by all the negative comments based on my own experiences. I went in at 1250 and, yes, they were closing between 1300 and 1330 for lunch BUT offered me the choice of walk-in after OR schedule an appointment at 1530. I thanked them, but declined both because my PCP had offered to get me in at 1330 and I have rampantly spreading infected poison ivy and every second counted. (IYKYK) The office staff was good natured and friendly and I feel they gave me reasonable options to be seen. As for the other times I have been there, they have been for urgent care when I could not get into my PCP (who also has an Urgent Care option, but it is usually a pretty long wait because like everyone else, I often need to be seen on a Monday). I have consistently received very professional, thorough, considerate, compassionate, and comprehensive care. Prescriptions are always sent promptly to where I request. They even called to follow up on my progress once! If an upper respiratory infection lingers (I'm asthmatic. Again...IYKYK.) and I have to follow up with my PCP, they agree with the protocols I received here. I have no complaints. I don't like giving five star reviews when there have been such negative ones, because people think they are shills. (At least I do.) But, I really do think highly of the providers I have seen at this practice.

My husband and sons also see Dr. Amir Alemzadeh and Dr. Mousavi. Now, must admit, I left the practice about 3 years ago because of my work/home schedule and found a holistic doc in the area. When Dr Alemzadeh started one day a week in Stafford - I made my appointment for January 2nd! Great start to the new year. I highly recommend this team of doctors, they have great bed - side manners, are professional, and I never feel rushed. Quest Diagnostics (blood work) is conveniently located in the same building. If you want a doctor that's willing to spend time to get to know you - go to Cardinal Internal Medicine.

I was examined by Abu Sheriff, who completely missed the issue, dismissed it as an "infected skin tag," and sent me home with a prescription. My symptoms grew significantly worse. Two days later, the agonizing pain forced me to go to Patient First for emergency care. After a proper, thorough examination, the doctor there found that it was not a skin tag at all--it was a large, live tick that had been embedded in my neck for weeks. They removed it immediately.Because Abu Sheriff failed to perform a basic, careful examination, I carried a live tick for days longer than necessary. I have now officially tested positive and been diagnosed with Lyme disease as a direct result of this delayed removal and severe oversight.I have full medical documentation, photographs, and records from Patient First proving this negligence. This office is a major patient safety hazard. If you value your health, avoid this facility and this provider.
