" Charlie and Tasha did a nice Job " Optimum Cleaning Services came to our house after JCS Restoration worked for a week repairing the water leak damage in our master bathroom and the carpet area in our closet. Charlie McGuire the owner of the company and his assistant worker Tasha, did a nice detailed job as they cleaned our carpet very nicely. Optimum Cleaning Services works in both Residential and Commercial areas. They also can come and clean Upholstery, Tile, Pet Oder & Stain Removal, Stain Protector, Dryer Vent Cleaning, and Power Washing. Optimum is out of Moreno Valley with a phone number of 951-488-2788. My carpet wasn't dirty just needed a yearly cleaning so I posted pictures of the Before & After the after pictures are after drying throughout the day in my family walking on it really can't see a difference because it wasn't really dirty. The only issue I had was that he wanted to charge me extra $20 for the hallway which my bedroom are really small. Terrell made it right though.

Excellent service, low price, got out stains that I thought would never ever leave. I called them in an emergency. I had guests coming frm out of town & they came the same day, on the early side of their estimated time. Polite, explained everything, offered appropriate extra services, worked fast, moved my couches, vacuumed& even fixed my shower door! Couldn't be better, really. I will definately use them again! Charles mounted 3 TV brackets and 3 big screen television's he did a fantastic job hiding the wires in the walls looking seamless. He quoted a me fair price for the job and never tried to add anything extra. My only complaint was he took longer than expected. He was very knowledgeable and he explained a lot as he went along with the job I felt very comfortable with his expertise in doing it right. They do amazing work! We were moving out of a house we rented. The carpet was in bad shape, even before we had moved into the house. But after they cleaned it, it looked brand new. They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me and the cleaners.

It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.
