To my VERY pleasant surprise, they also provide free baby supplies!!! They're usually only open on Wednesdays but when I leave voicemails on their "off days", I usually get a call back the same day, or the day afterwards. I provided general info, including my due date and gender of our baby. When I showed up on Wednesday, I filled out a short form and was given 3 bags of baby items!! Clothes with tags, diapers, wipes, hygiene, blankets and even a little welcome gift for moms :) Everyone at the center was sooo sweet and they even carried the bags to my car I attended their parenting class the following Monday (usually the last Monday of the month) and met 1 of their Board of Directors, that held the training! She said the classes are geared towards what the moms attending, want to learn. For that class, it was about potty training. It's an intimate and informative class so you'll def get your voice heard and questions answered! I returned again in May for my monthly supply pick up and mentioned I have a small preme baby. Liz went out of her way to buy Preme clothes because they didn't have any at the center! They also gave me preme diapers which we appreciate sooo much What a please surprise to arrive for parenting classes but leaving with such great resources and supplies for our babies! I'm telling my new mom friends in the area about this amazing center!

They gave me a welcome bag and told me if I came back in my 8 months pregnancy I would get another starter kit and today I got 2 fully loaded bags!!! There are diapers for newborn size, lots of baby clothes, hats, shoes and socks. Bibs and pacifiers, toy, blankets and towels.... And they said I can come back every month to get diapers when the baby is born!! This is our first baby and since me and my partner don't have family live close enough to support us. We feel very grateful and released that this organization provides so many resources!! It does make us feel less pressure so we can focus on the joy of having a new family member! On their website it mentions that they also provide classes for parents but I forgot to ask about it. Pro: free ultrasound, welcome gift, baby supplies, monthly diapers Con: none, but call in and make an appointment first before stop by.

The front office staff, Marci and Tiffany, were welcoming and transparent about pricing through my insurance. Emily, Lena, and Davina (Medical Staff) provided exceptional support, explaining everything in detail and easing my worries. I'm only 37 and I never thought I would have skin cancer, but they calmed me down. Dr. Hou and her team performed MOHS surgery right in the office just 10 days after my first visit, taking the minimum amount of skin as possible to successfully remove the cancer. They also took care of all the necessary forms and even provided letters to my employer, making the process seamless. When it comes to scary skin stuff, this is the only place I trust! I just can't see how someone can leave a bad review! I received a ton of skin care and sun care swag, and by my second appointment the whole team knew me by name and came in to check on me. BTW they call and confirm your appointment date and time at least twice leading up to any appointment so I don't see how anyone could miss/forget their appointment. It was also refilled for future use, which I'm thankful for. However, it took nearly two months to straighten everything out before I was finally able to receive my prescription. However, the overall experience still leaves me genuinely concerned. It took me being unusually persistent and more forceful than I'm comfortable with just to get a response from the office, pharmacy, and insurance. That shouldn't be necessary for a patient trying to manage their healthcare. More importantly, this situation caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety and has negatively impacted my health. I already deal with high blood pressure, and this experience elevated it further, which is both troubling and unacceptable when seeking medical care. At this time, I'm giving a 3-star rating in recognition of the effort Dr. Tomasian made to personally address the situation. I may update this after future visits. I sincerely hope his office improves how they handle patient communication and follow-through so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.
