This was a problem with my insurance, and they urged me to call for resolution. So this time I did not choose a new pair, which is always a daunting task to choose from their wide variety of attractive frames. In the past, they've had a lot of patience helping me decide. I took advantage of their fun Photo Booth, which takes 3 shots against a colorful background. Warby Parker is always a pleasant shopping experience. Their eyewear consultants are always helpful, assisting in picking out frames; I'm usually very indecisive and need their expert guidance in choosing the best look. Before I left, Nadia the salesperson offered to clean my glasses (which really needed it!), and they tightened the frames. So I felt like I had a new pair of glasses!

My husband finally let a staff member know that his wife would like assistance and she asked "Does she have questions or something?" and he said that I was interested in purchasing glasses, so I have a lot of questions!
