I sent my broken glasses in and they put the lenses in the new frames and sent them back to me. They fit without any adjustment. During a routine check up in August she discovered a very serious diagnosis and if I didn't have eye surgery right away I would be blind in that eye forever. The receptionist told me that I was wrong; that the last appointment for the day had occurred and that they were done for the day. She went to her computer and asked my name. She then indicated that I was not listed. When I confirmed that I had made my appointment online, she indicated that the online scheduling does not always work.
