Upon entering a lady greeted me and instructed me to browse the frames and completed paperwork on tablet. I had my protests done by tech Liz who was friendly. Next was on to Dr. Lauren Haddad who was nice, friendly too. She listened to my concerns and was easy to talk to. Next was the sales advisor Jacob who was ok. He was a bit off on measuring my pupils. The manager Lupe got things on track and was professional, friendly and helpful regarding frame suggestions. I see why they got good reviews. Team seem to work well together.
