The onboarding was convoluted and very disorganized. It was cumbersome as a new dad trying to do this all myself bc my wife was at home on bed rest. 2. The Dr. didn't listen to me on why we were there. Instead, he tried showing me a video of Jennifer Lopez talking about vaccines. Yes, he was pushing the importance of vaccines on me even though my son was 3 days old. I'm not anti-vax, just there to get his heart murmur checked. 3. The answers the Dr. did give were not to me, but to his assistant. I literally had to stop him and ask him to direct what he was saying to me. 4. Ultimately, the Dr.'s methods were "interesting" and not a fit for us. We found a pediatrician out in Temecula that we're willing to drive an hour for. Worth it!! The two stars are for the office staff that was trying and bc it's in a medical plaza...I think.
