Allison is so amazing at her craft!! I came in with hair that needed more layering. I felt like there was a huge weight on my head, and she knew exactly what to do and what to fix. The consultation before the cut was so informative; she was able to show me multiple lengths and styles I could cut my bangs to before I could commit to one (perfect if you are very indecisive and need a visual reference). I told her about how I often I get wolfcut hairstyles for the layering, but due to my thick hair, I always felt like the hair closest to my head was too round looking and the hair at the bottom just felt old and untrimmed despite cutting it shorter. She knew how to fix my previous hair problems and was able to give me a modified wolfcut that better suited my thick hair. Shoutout internal layers!!! She really gave me confidence that I needed especially since I will be taking my graduation photos soon! I walked out of that salon with new hair, free from the headache my old hair gave me. Horrible experience, they made a decision on not taking me as client because I couldn't reschedule, cancel or either confirm in time when I had lost my phone, so not only for his appointment but for every other appointment I had, but they were the only one to backlash on me for a situation I had no control off, plus on top of my stress this inconvenience, I emailed them about the situation, spoke to someone on the phone in the morning who also gave me a wrong number to communicate the situation when I got my phone back and tried to reschedule my appointment. So him and his secretary just called me to communicate I couldn't schedule or reschedule my appointment anymore. I don't think if someone cared they would try and explain themselves about their situation. Plus, they only did that because I decided to be honest and explain what happened, but I could've made up I had COVID and I would be sure to be ok then?!
