They saw me and didn't say a thing. If this place doesn't take walk-ins, they need a sign that says so. If they DO take walk-ins, then their customer service absolutely sucks. No matter what kind of business it is, a greeting of every customer walking through that door is normal. 15 minutes of time wasted just sitting there. Glad I didn't waste my money on a business with horrible customer service.

I went to Bare Element for my first ever dermaplaning appointment and had a great experience. The…read moreinside of the Greece location is small, but I was the only customer at the time so it wasn't crowded. Before the procedure, I filled out a waiver that explained what dermaplaning was and possible side effects, and I appreciated that they were honest about what the procedure entailed. The procedure itself took about 20 minutes (estimate) and just felt like someone scratching my skin a bit. It's hard to explain, but it was never uncomfortable. First your skin is cleansed and a hot towel is applied to soften skin before the procedure. After, I had the choice of a Vitamin C, collagen, or moisturizing sheet mask (I went with collagen), which was left on for about another 20 minutes. Finally, serums and creams were applied. I had brought my own sunscreen, but if you don't have any they will also apply that for you. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely re-book for another dermaplaning appointment!
