He knew just the solution, he installed the new handle and lock (the old ones must be 49 years old, Kwikset). He rekeyed both, so that my old keys work perfectly on both locks. The price was fair. I was easily able to pay via Zelle. I gave him a cold Coke because it is a hot and muggy day. 5 STARS!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Completely unacceptable way to run a business…read more I placed an order online for a new car key, paid for it, and then received absolutely no meaningful update about shipping. After waiting and seeing no movement on the order, I finally had to call them myself, multiple times, just to find out what was going on. Only then was I told there was apparently a "mistake" on their website and they didn't actually have the key I had already paid for. What I find most disturbing is that nobody contacted me to tell me this. They had my money, couldn't fulfill the order, weren't shipping anything, and apparently had no plan to proactively notify me or issue a refund. When I directly asked whether they were simply planning to keep my money indefinitely if I hadn't called, the person I spoke with couldn't even give me an answer. That's outrageous. Mistakes with inventory happen. What is NOT acceptable is taking a customer's money for a product you can't provide and then failing to contact them, update the order, or promptly refund their money. Had I not repeatedly followed up myself, I genuinely don't know how long they would have held onto my payment. The entire experience felt incredibly poorly managed and completely eroded my trust in this company. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not order from them again. Avoid this company and take your business somewhere that actually communicates with its customers and fulfills the orders it accepts payment for.

I actually reached out to 20 different locksmiths and they ranged from "we don't do that car" even though the website says they do to "How much did you want, you must be kidding?" to giving little to zero confidence that they could even do the job successfully. I would have loved to go out and hang out with him. Emily, the administrative assistant, is totally on the ball with communication and follow through. The work was superior and on time. This company is super honest and straightforward with their pricing and were at my car in 25mins gave me extra keys also. I had locked myself out of my Ford F150 they came and unlocked it and gave me two new sets of keys that were better than my old keys. For no extra charge they gave me a newer style and better quality. While they were here I was so impressed I had them also give me an extra key for my Lexus which they did in no time at all.
