We've had in the past is no longer.... His prompt response and pleasant demeanor set the tone. Each window track was vacuumed and throughly cleaned, skylight added at a reasonable price and my windows are now sparkling clean! Even the garage door panels-never had that done before! I met with Chris on November 3rd. On December 2nd, Chris took down his non-working lights in the dark. My experience with Chris was full of lies and excuses. During our meeting on 11/3, Chris said since it was so early in the season he had lights to cover my home, if I gave him a deposit that day and could get started immediately. So, I signed his contract for $900 and gave him a deposit. My request was very simple - I wanted all LED, cover 3 sides of my home and wrap 3 olive trees. All LED. Some of the lies and excuses: * 11/3 - Day after signing/deposit, I get a text that my lights won't be in for a week and because he's so busy, I would have to wait. * 11/17 - He shows up but in unable to get it working. His workers were drunk at another job. So he said he was not able to double check everything before leaving. * 11/17 - After I get home, I text him about the following items: 1) Most of the lights are not working 2) 1/2 of the backside of the house doesn't have lights 3) I ask if the lights on the trees are LED as requested. * 11/17 - Chris responds via text that it appears to be a faulty timer. But also says that the portion at the back of the house was not measured. Told him that I did not walk with him as he measured. I request was for 3 sides of the house. He said would take care of it. * 11/18 - Chris said he would fix the lights but never showed up and didn't hear from him. * 11/19 - Chris said he would fix the lights but never showed up. * 11/20 - Asked Chris to call me. He texted back and said he was not coming out cause it was raining. I responded that I understood about the rain but: 1) You promised he would get it taken care of and he didn't 2) The lights on the olive trees are not LED 3) His VM is full and I had to text him multiple times and days just to get a response. Not very professional * 11/20 - He responded that he didn't want to talk about professionalism. He's been doing this for 10 years and he regretted taking my job. Although the lights have never worked 1 day, he says " read my website again. I have 72 hours from the time you asked me to come out and repair. You told me about the tree 36 hours ago. I'm an honorable man and I will finish the job within 72 hours. * 11/20 - The lights that are working are tripping the GFCI because or the rain. He is using 8 ft indoor extension cords and they did not tape all the connections. Did not hear anything. * 11/21 - Texted Chris that I wanted the above items resolved by 5 pm or get the lights off. * 11/21 - 1:45 pm - Chris tested that he would be over after he was done on a job. "I've been working for the last 36 hours in a row doing a commercial job." Interesting since the day before, he said that due to the rain, he couldn't come out. * 11/21 - 6:08 pm - Just getting off commercial job in Santa Ana. Been working for 40 house and unable to do anything in the dark. Again interesting - he can work on other jobs in the rain and in the dark but he's unable to get my house working. * 11/22 - 1:47 - Chris texted that he's on his way. Told him that I'm out of town and won't be able to meet him so just go fix it. * 11/22 - 10 pm - He text me picture of my house that he just finished. Again, now he is able to work in the dark? * 11/23 - Wife texts me video of home and the lights are still not working. When I forward video to Chris, he starts to say it's the house. Except the problem is that my house is only 5 years old and I've had incandescent lights in exact same spots. This should dramatically ease the drain. Please take a look. * 11/27 - After many attempted calls and text, he finally responds with examples of other homes that had electrical issues. * 11/28 - Thanksgiving with a house full of people, the GFCI that keeps tripping is where the cable box for the internet is and bringing down the internet. Unable to relocate that box as this is where it comes into the house. So unplugged the remaining lights. His responses only get worse. The lights were never working, and my experience with Chris was horrific. We do not have lights on our house this year. I would not recommend Chris and B. Bright Services for lights or power washing. (I had also hired them to power wash my house and solar panels when I hired him to do the lights. They never showed up.) read more

I was referred to Chris by my regular window washer, who had retired. What a pleasant surprise! What I always think is asking a lot of a window washing service was very basic to Chris. I wanted all windows, including those on the garage door, washed outside and in, two of three skylights washed outside (one is covered by a fabric sun filter), and all screens cleaned. I was shocked at the results. I have very high ceilings, with two windows ceiling-high and very large. The outside of that one is always cleaned, but I realized, after seeing Chris perched on the top of the ladder in my dining room, that the inside had never been tackled. Michelle cleaned the window tracks to where they looked brand new. The sliding door tracks are always very grimy with one in particular getting a lot of use, and my efforts to clean them useless. After Michelle was done, they were silver again! Every screen was removed and cleaned and dried very thoroughly before being replaced. As Chris was leaving, he informed me that he had cleaned all three skylights from the inside, a service I had always been told was not available. And did I mention that my windows are gleaming? I am so happy with the job that I am motivated to get on with some other projects . . . it's like I have a renewed interest in my home. Thank you, Chris and Michelle, you are THAT GOOD!
