Cute and cozy cafe. We weren't allowed to sit inside as we had our dogs with us, but it made for a quick grab and go - granted we were the only ones there mid-afternoon so there was no wait. Of course I had to get the orange coffee! I enjoy this combo and don't see it often in cafes in the US. It might seem strange but the orange adds a natural sweetness that balances the espresso's acidity really well. My friend is a big fan of orange coffee, so when she saw a store with the titular name, we had to stop by. We ordered the following drinks: - Multigrain Latte - Orange Coffee - Einspanner Mine was the multigrain latte and it was indeed very grainy and quite sweet. It was a bit hard to get most of it through the straw. It definitely required more of a spoon I think. My friend wasn't too big of a fan of her orange coffee. I was surprised to see this spot has been around so long, but it clearly has new energy under the current management. I love that they've leaned into the "orange" theme with unique drinks like the Orange Bianco and Orange Coffee. Both tasted better than expected! Although the wait was a bit long, the staff was incredibly kind and gave me a complimentary financier for the inconvenience. Wow ..... Can't believe the reviews of Orange Coffee are super old !!!! Somewhat 8 years old .... It has been newly renovated - about a year ago, the new management is run by younger(????) people, their kimbab is delightful, and Sooooo clean !!!!! Coffee is just regular (well ^^), they do have some "Signature" menus, macarons, kimbab, and some desserts (these days, a variety of "financiers" .... Cute, cozy, and local cafe. The cafe has an orange theme (which reminds me of Jeju!), and true to its name, they do serve "orange coffee" on their menu here. Although it sounds a bit odd to combine orange flavors and coffee, I really enjoyed it - the coffee was tangy but well balanced and smooth. my friend brought us here after lunch on a hot day so that we can get some bingsoo for dessert. They have their own parking lot in the back but it is limited. there are also street parking but you do have to pay; unless you park in the residential side of the restaurant which is free. it's a pretty small cafe with about 5-6 tables to sit at. it was just one dude working who was super sweet along with a DJ who was playing near the back of the store (super random). it was bit hard to talk to my friend while the DJ was playing but honestly it was a nice vibe. the bingsoo was nice and refreshing, plenty of fresh mangos. definitely want to come back and try their orange coffee! read more

This place saved me when I lost hope finding a seat at caffe bene and kudo society as I needed a place to study. Green tea latte was good! And there were a good amount of outlets throughout the cafe. YAYYY!! I am the first to review this place. Been to this bubble tea place twice already and I'll be nice with the review. Have had the bubble teas. Can't really mess them up, so it's always a safe bet. HOWEVER! I would recommend getting the passion fruit (not the bubble tea). Listed at $3.50, it has a bit of bubblies/carbonation that makes it yummier! There's a good amount of outlets for those wanting to study here with their laptop too. Being slightly away from most of the foot traffic Broad ave tends to get, I think it'll help with your ADD/ADHD tendencies. ;) read more

Ive been coming to this cafe for years .The cafe has been renovated and i give them 5 stars for that but I am very upset with the customer service ..The pic i posted shows that no one is there but me ..The barista decided to come and advise me to lower my voice as I was having a phone convo . He used his hand and was so rude . Been here a handful of times. I've tried a couple different coffees and to be honest, it's nothing special, but now I usually go for a mango yogurt frappe. They do have bubble tea and other types of drinks that my friends seem to always get! The Korean lady who owns it is very sweet and is always working behind the counter alone (whenever I'm there at least). It's never really busy when I go. I also spent a night there studying (free wifi code available at the counter), until it was time to close at 11 PM. It was just the lady and I, and we talked and shared some. She was incredibly caring and welcomed me to come back often. They have a variety of snacks on the counter (some of my favorite candies), but also Korean snacks. The only thing I would say is it needs better lighting for the nighttime because some areas of the cafe are a lot darker than the areas that are well-lit. UPDATE: Well... I've been overseas for six months and since coming back a month ago, I've been to White Cream three times. Only once was the lady owner there, whom I adore. She's hired I believe two other girls who look late teens/early 20s that aren't nearly quite as friendly. I did notice they have more seating now. And a huge no-no: they sell cups of assorted candies so I got the Sour Patch/gummy bear one. The Sour Patch was oddly melting? And the gummy bears were ROCK hard. I just had to bring the cup back up to the counter and show the girl working there. I dropped a gummy bear onto the counter and it sounded like a pebble. She apologized a few times, and then offered me to take another cup of candy. Which.. was also rock hard. Beware of the non-factory-packaged snack items. Drinks are still great! read more

I ordered the pineapple bubble tea. I absolutely love bubble tea and am not very picky. Unfortunately, the tea from this place was disgusting. It was way too sweet with a strange chalky taste. The other flavors might be better, but the tapioca was awful as well. None of the bubbles were chewy or firm. They had this weird unappealing gritty texture, and some dissolved into a disgusting mush. There are so many other places to get bubble tea nearby, so I will never be back. read more

I like this small sweet cute cafe. (Did I give enough adjectives? haha) It's cozy, and for some reason, I really really like the tables on the left, when you walk in. It's clean, modern, and very crisp (if that makes sense). Perfect place to go meet up with a friend on a Sunday afternoon after spending the morning at King's Spa. I ordered their green tea bubble tea, and like someone else's review said, they assume all drinks are in the smoothie form. My friend ordered the black milk tea bubble tea and it was also in a smoothie form. Two drinks came out to $9 flat. The green tea smoothie was pretty good. I'm wary of ordering green tea smoothies at some establishments, but this time I wasn't disappointed. It's not amazing, but it wasn't bad. After church I went with a couple of my friends and placed an order for 3 patbingsoos. 2 of the regular fruit patbingsoo, and 1 of the so-called "coffee" patbingsoo. First of all, the fruits in the fruit patbingsoo were rock-hard and frozen. Frozen fruits only mean one thing = they are old fruits. Not only were the fruits rock hard, and stale, but the whole patbingsoo was just... tasteless. Now.. the "coffee" patbingsoo.. I asked the owner lady what that was and she said it is something she created. I have no idea where she got the audacity to list that up as a menu item. Is she trying to fail her business? Even a dog would not eat that atrocious thing. It was dark, bitter, grotesque.. I cannot think of enough adjectives to do its justice. A good amount, if not all, of us went back to our respective homes and complained of stomach ache. Nice and quiet compared to the other overrated and loud cafes in Palpark and Fort Lee. Got a caramel macchiato which was nicely bitter (2 shots) but the guy worker. When I went again and got a vanilla latte made from the girl worker, it wasn't so flavorful but I do recommend the caramel macchiato. read more

My husband and I came to get bubble tea here one night. I got the taro flavor and he got red bean. Bubble tea comes in smoothie form which is not my preference, especially in November, so next time I will try asking to have it un-smoothie-fied. When this place first opened, it had the best bubble tea in town, by far. However, after management has changed in 2013, it has one of the worst on the block. The bubble tea is full of ICE CHUNKS. I don't think I have ever written a negative review on Yelp and I feel horrible doing so but it's necessary for this place. I walked in with my friend on a weeknight and it was completely empty with one man working behind the counter, he was pretty nice. The menu consisted solely of drinks and you could buy assorted muffins and breads (they aren't labeled so good luck figuring out what you're about to eat or how much it costs) or snacks (like pringles chips or red bean flavored jelly beans). They had a good amount of flavors on their bubble tea menu though so I ordered passion fruit and my friend ordered taro. After 5 minutes of searching the man behind the counter told me they ran out of passion fruit. Why didn't he know that in the first place? Anyway, after I ordered mango and it took him a really long time to make it. The bubble tea tasted super milky (not creamy) and lacked a fruity flavor. My friend got her taro, which again took a long time to make (if there was at least actual food to eat this would have made the time go by) and it didn't taste anything like taro. It was very bland and entirely too milky. The boba itself (those small lil black bubbles at the bottom of your cup) was too small and it was either way too soft or way too hard. They didn't have the taste boba usually has, I don't know how to say it other than it tasted cheap. Overall the experience here was very dissapointing. We don't plan on coming here again any time soon. If there is new management like previous reviews say, it by no means is new and improved. If you're in the area and want bubble tea, do yourself a favor and try one of the dozen places on broad avenue that make amazing bubble tea. read more

Finding street parking could be a little bit tricky around this place. I know everyone loves White Cream Café's bubble teas, but their original patbingsu is really good, too. (I don't really like their coffee and green tea versions.) The original patbingsu is loaded w/ fruits, mochi, ice cream, and red bean. Make sure you bring a friend with you, though, 'cause the serving size is huge. read more

I've been looking for a place that does good espresso drinks in NJ for about two years now. Starbucks sucks but honestly on this side of the Hudson a good pull of espresso is damn hard to find. I actually gave up until I randomly found this place. First, you're not going to find a seat because every seat is going to be taken by Korean high school kids who pack this place. Second, try to go when the barista is a skinny slighter older aged women with curly hair. She makes mean, I mean mean espresso drinks. Sometimes when the younger kids working the espresso drinks make it, it can be hit or miss. I swear one of them poured drip coffee into my latte when I ordered a large. If I hadn't been in my car already, I would have gone back and caused a scene but I still drank it and I still went back because their espresso shots are actually good. If the barista is a kid, just watch them like a hawk. I think their saving grace is that they actually maintain their espresso machine properly. Try to stick to their espresso drinks though. Their green tea latte was disgusting and their bubble teas are not great. Drive into Queens for Ten Ren's bubble tea. Bubble teas are a Chinese thing anyways. read more

its a really cute place to study or to just talk to meet up with friends. lots of korean bubble tea places assume when you order bubble tea you want it frozen (kinda like a frosty texture). just let them know beforehand that you want it in the traditional manner. i did enjoy the passion fruit drink~~ it was delicious! next time, i think i'll get the passion fruit and just ask them to add the taro. mmmmm i want bubble tea now....... read more
