When my Fiesta was hit during a snowstorm this winter I was concerned about who would fix it the proper way...a friend had told me about Bruno's and when I met Bruno & Eric and saw how meticulously clean their shop was and after a good meeting with them, I knew this was the shop. They were my advocate for making sure things and parts were done properly, (and not what the other insurance co. wanted to do). So when I got my little green car back, I was floored by how perfect it looked! Kind of felt like the day I picked it up from the showroom floor!!!! Oh and the interior was immaculate! I can't say enough good things about Bruno and his crew. I have a 2020 kenworth tractor which is not a normal vehicle for a car body shop to work on. I called Bruno and explained to him I had defects in the paint on the hood that 2 other shops could not remove. Bruno told me to come over so he could take a look. From the time I pulled up and Bruno came out I could tell just by his enthusiasm and the way he explained the problem and how he would correct it I knew his shop was the one to fix it. We set a appointment for 8 am on June 30. I showed up to the shop I was met by Bruno and the tech that would work on the truck. I pulled the truck around to the shop where the tech started on the hood immediately. Bruno showed me around his shop I have never seen anything like Brunos shop it was as clean as a operating room in a hospital by far the cleanest most organized body shop I have ever seen and I have been around a lot of body shops. Bruno and his tech took the time to explain what products I could use on my own to upkeep my kenworth and even ordered me product they didn't have. I will surely be bringing my kenworth to Bruno for periodic detailing. You just don't find guys and a crew like Bruno my hat is off to them. We are lucky to have them here in Orange County the work they perform from heavy collision work to painting to detailing is by far the best you will get anywhere. Recently I took my Dodge Hellcat Challenger here for a detailing of the exterior and interior. I can't say enough about the professionalism; dedication; and true caring Bruno shows to his customers. Bruno took the time to teach me about the various automotive products that are out there including the do's and don'ts in taking care of my car. Although my car was brand new, he made it look much better then off the showroom floor from where it literally came. I was thrilled when I got my car back after being in an accident. Not only was the exterior of my car immaculate, but so was the interior. They got all the crumbs and debris out of every tiny crevice and it was cleaner than when I drove it off the lot.
