Tactical has cratf beer, wine and craft cocktails as a rotating food schedule. On thus Sunday just they had a Latin inspired menu. Tactical has both inside and outside seating, a wrap around bar, high seats and tables. I remember it being a little darker. Lighting is always dims and sets the tone for a great drinking experience.
