    taco tostada

Newly opened brewery in downtown Kissimmee that has the beginning of a future food court (soft opening). The tables have QR codes on them for placing orders, then a text is sent to say when the food is ready. There are no servers since it is a food court. There is only one pick up window now, but there will be more in the future according to the owner I talked to. I ordered the Chili Con Carne and it was tasty and filling. My partner ordered a taco tostada and it was crispy, with good portions. On the tap wall I tried the Squirrel's brown ale and also Dirty Rotten Scoundrel from Tidal brewing. All beers that we tried poured well and easily without a bunch of foam. The ambiance is mellow and feels like home. Music is quiet so we were able to talk to each other. Staff was friendly and nice. Thank you.

Entrance. Inside is awesome & roomy.

You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Huge kudos to Chef Frankie for delivering such a phenomenal meal. Everything from the steak to the sides was well executed and beautifully presented. Our server, Aubrey, was fantastic and truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu without ever making us feel rushed. Her service made the evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. We also have to mention the banana fosters cheesecake for dessert--it was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. Rich, flavorful, and something we would come back for on its own. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and standout service. Between Chef Frankie's incredible cooking and Aubrey's attentive service, this steakhouse is definitely a place we will return to and highly recommend

I was craving a good steak and came across this casual, laid back steakhouse. After reading several…read morereviews praising their beer cheese and pretzels, I knew I had to find out for myself. I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.

I had the bbq chicken dinner with cole slaw and Mac and Cheese. A good portion for an individual, not quite enough to share. The Mac wasn't runny or heavy with great flavor. The cole slaw was great. It's got some great theming with TV shows and music, but it also has some problems. First off, it's not a brewery. They have bottled beer and one craft beer. Not even a tap system. Decent selections of wine though. They don't have old-school video games. They have a large emulation system that charges way too much money and takes forever to find your favorite games. There was stuff all over the floor when I visited. I know the owners were going for a "party" atmosphere, but someone could easily slip and hurt themselves. Finally, they were charging top-dollar for little toys, like $5 for a mini Rubik's Cube. The slap bracelets were cool, but that's about it. Back To the 80's has some promise, but they need to actually be a brewery to live up to their name. Imagine the inspired beers you could make here.

Wings 8/10: the bbq had too much sauce and original bjs sauce didn't have enough sauce. A few weren't cooked completely. But overall decent meal. Tito's strawberry lemonade 6/10: not worth the price, wasn't cold and could've used more liquor. Sliders 8/10: missing the grilled onions and the burger meat a could've been seasoned more. Smash burger 8/10: added red onions and no lettuce which made it better to me. Also changed the American cheese to cheddar. Meat was cooked well and the brioche bun was soft. Although there were quite a few people partaking around us it was not too loud and we could have conversations. I ordered the Crispy Jalapeno Burger (Fried jalapeños | pepper jack cheese | chipotle aioli | red onions | tomatoes | lettuce | artisan brioche bun) with a side (in lieu of fries) of their Garlic Roasted Vegetables, as well as a side House Salad. The burger presentation looked great and although I ordered it medium rare it was more medium+ when delivered. We were on a time crunch, so I did not send it back. The burger itself was still tasty, albeit not very spicy like I was hoping. The mixed vegetables were kind of weak and more well done than I had desired; nothing compared to the photos online or on the menu. I ate them, which were just okay, only because they were there. The salad however was fresh and crispy and a joy to consume. I debated, with myself, whether to give this review a 3 star (OK) or 4 star (Good). It swayed into the 4 star realm as the service was quite good and our waitress did not hesitate to split our bills 3 ways. Would I come here again? Sure, if this is where the group wants to meet up and partake. I personally would not choose it on my own; albeit they did have one of the tastiest ice cold, unique, ales I have ever had.

This was my first time here and it wasn't busy, but I could see how it could be a popular spot on the weekends for sure. There is a lot of space, and I love that it kind of feels like a mix between a hangar and a barn inside. There's a bar, that little stage & seating area, garage doors that look functional, and a room for playing darts and / or using the ping pong table. There's your regular bar food like chicken wings and pizza, but there was also a great greek salad so there's something for everyone. I had a sour, which was great and there's plenty on draft if you're into different kinds of beer - you can also build your own flight. We will be back!

The event was marketed as including games for kids, tastings, food specials and more. When I arrived I asked the bartender what tastings they were doing and she informed me of food specials that they were running. She mentioned that with certain food offerings, they were offering a free beer. Different beers would come with the nachos, hummus, or giant pretzel food options. My husband and I were very excited about this and decided that we would try some of the specials, that included the beer and nachos and beer and pretzel. The food was good, the pretzel was outstanding but the nachos could've used a bit more toppings. The chicken pieces in the nachos also should've been a bit more bite sized instead of the big clumps they were in but they still had good flavor. The reason I am giving the review 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that when looking at my bill, I noticed that they charged me more than the nacho price on the menu. When I questioned this, they informed me that they were running food/beer specials and not that it was buy a food item and get a free beer as was advertised. I suggested that they change their messaging to future guests so as to not confuse anyone thinking they'd get a free beer with certain entree items. Eventually they ended up comping me for one of my beers which I appreciated due to the mixed messaging that I had received.
