Every comfortable seat in the theatre offers a perfect view of the stage, and the sound system was perfect. The employees were all very friendly and professional, and they assisted anyone and everyone who needed help. Though the music was a tad different from what we are used to on the radio, the performers worked hard and did a GREAT job of keeping the audience engaged and entertained.

I sat in the Queen Elizabeth section and loved being so close to the action. The production was funny, lively, and incredibly engaging. After thoroughly enjoying last year's production of Much Ado About Nothing, I knew I wanted to return and so glad I did! This isn't the Shakespeare some people might expect. There was laughter, dancing, singing, plenty of clever satire, a mix of Shakespearean and modern English, and Spanish. The entire cast was fantastic! I especially enjoyed "Frank" and "Cayo", although everyone did an amazing job! Sitting so close to the actors really pulls you into the performance and allows you to feel every emotion. My mom apologized and she continued to yell at us. We were going through security and more people were going through that same way and nothing was said to them. It put a bad taste in our mouth. Then, when we entered the theater, we went to the merchandise booth, The people working the booth mentioned that there would be more shirts upstairs, so upstairs we went. We went directly upstairs, and we asked the attendants upstairs if there was more merchandise somewhere in the theater. They looked at us like we were stupid and said it's only downstairs, until one of them finally said there might be some more in the orchestra floor. Our saving grace was the worker at the merchandise booth up there. She was super sweet! It really put a bad taste in both my mom and my mouth. I really love this theater, way more than Pantages, but with workers like that, it just put a dulled the whole experience. The best part about the day spent here was the spectacular performance of Phantom of the Opera.

A couple of days before starting she was sent a script to practice for the audition, which she did. It turns out she was never asked to audition, instead she was give a minor, brief dance role for the play. Needless to say, she was disappointed, and I felt somewhat deceived having paid nearly $1000 for this two week training. It certainly appeared to us that they signed up way too many kids for number of parts available in this play. So in summary, I don't feel this was a good use of our time and money and I would not recommend this business.
