I was seeing another "wrist" specialist just down the street off La Veta. I was diagnosed with De Quervain Tenosynovitis (thumb tendonitis). The other dr. I saw for 6 months & symptoms just kept getting worse. Received a cortisone injection & his method & injection direction was "odd" but since I never had one I never questioned it. Then after putting up with this for 6 months I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Vincent was very patient & actually LISTENED to me & everything I had to say about my most recent experience with the other specialist. After the initial consultation he said he still wanted to go a more conservative route for a few weeks just to see if the inflammation would subside a bit & because he wanted the have the most amount of time in between the my 1st injection. I guess cortisone injections can cause complications (ruptures) if you have too many too soon? He said, "If you haven't improved then come back in for an injection" that would be my 2nd. So I went in for my 2nd injection & he went a completely different direction with the injection & 3 weeks later I can say that I feel almost 100% back to normal again!!! I have NO PAIN, just a slight bit of stiffness depending on what I do during the day. So Dr. Kolodenker & Dr. Vincent did in barely 30 days what the other specialist could not do in 6 months & I was actually getting worst under the other specialists care. I hope that I never "have to" see Dr. Vincent again because no one WANTS to go to the doctor but if I have to I'll definitely request Dr. Kolonder for my medical needs that involve an Orthopedic Specialist. read more

Right from the start, I had a good feeling about this place. When I was told that the doctor I was referred to was going on vacation and would not be able to see be about a fractured pinky toe, I was given some other options. I'm a person who asks a lot of questions and likes to do her own research. So I saw that Dr. Vincent had great reviews and decided to make an appointment even though her locations were not the most convenient. I was never made to feel like I was aggravating anyone. Dr. Vincent came into the exam room with a smile and introduced herself. Trust me, I have not gotten both of those with anyone before. I asked a lot of questions and she took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction. I had to text the next day because I was not finding what I needed in a couple of stores and wanted to make sure I ordered the right things. No problem with getting help. No problems! I was a little hesitant to schedule an appointment with Dr Vincent after she was recom to me when I found out she was on a reality show but after reading her bio and credentials I decided to go ahead and make an appointment. the appointment process was very easy and I was able to get in the very next day. Upon arrival I checked in, after doing all my paperwork online the night before and sat down to read my kindle, and only got one paragraph read before I was called into an exam room. So I got on the exam table and was told the Dr would be in soon, thinking I was going to have plenty of time to read I was pleasantly surprised to only get a half page read. Dr Vincent was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and diagnosed my condition immediately and laid out a game plan for me. I was very impressed first of all with the office staff at Orange County Podiatry. They were very organized and sent follow up texts and emails before my appointment. They assisted me above and beyond what a normal Dr Office would. I saw Dr Sara Solar today and she did a Nail Avulsion on both of my big toes. She was very thorough explaining the procedure and each step. She told me what she was doing during the procedure and if it would be painful or not. She talked to be about home care after the procedure and was very detailed as to what I should do. She was friendly, easy to talk with, and very professional. I highly recommend Sara. read more

I contacted Dr Vincent for a second opinion, relating to surgeries (2) I had for a hammer toe. Symptoms from the first two procedures resulted in continuous numbness and pain. The original MD recently proposed another surgery after trying one steroid injection. Dr Vincent proposed alternative non-surgical remedies to try to correct the issue without hesitation. I was extremely surprised and pleased to know there were alternatives to having another six weeks on crutches! Had a great visit today. Ebonie had very positive warm energy and she was very knowledgeable. She recommended some shoes and also medication and gave me a sample of CBD cream which seems to be having a good effect on my inflamed areas. She also recommended some inserts for my son who has flat feet, and also gave him a shoe insert to help raise his leg to make his hips more even. Right off the bat the girl at the front desk greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. I was called in within 10 minutes of arriving, so my wait was not long at all. The doctor came in about 5 - 7 minutes after I was taken to the room. The doctor was very gentle and addressed my concerns. First time visit to Dr Vincent and Staff for a sports related heel bone spur and Achilles Tendonitis due to a reaction from biopsy related antibiotics. Very concerned about Achilles rupture and all concerns put at ease during the visit. Physical Therapy was the recommendation and I look forward to a few sessions to get me back running.
