Took his time with my husbands issues and assessed him for potential concerns that we hadn't considered. His rates are very reasonable, IMHO. He took a good half hour, maybe longer, with my husband. She had seen so many podiatrists over the years for various issues (orthotics, bunion, bone spur, flat foot, bents toes, you name it) and none have come close to helping her as much as Dr M has. He spent 1.5 hours during her first visit listening to all her ailments, treatments she's had from other doctors, and getting to the root of her issues. He patiently listens to her rambling and going off topic too. He explains everything clearly and gives options within patient's financial means, surgical tolerance and allows as many questions as you want to ask. He is also not the kind of doctor who will suggest things so he can make extra money. We have been back multiple times and have never felt rushed during any appointments. The front desk staff is awesome too! Never a billing issue or booking issue. He is my mother's podiatrist now but if I ever need one, he will be mine too!

The staff offered me the choice of a same-day appointment or one the following day. I chose the next day, and the scheduling process was incredibly easy and convenient. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick, and I was called back to the exam room within minutes. Shortly after, Dr. Yang came in, which I really appreciated because I wasn't left waiting like I have been at many other medical offices. Dr. Yang took the time to explain my options for treating my pinky toe. He explained the difference between removing the ingrown portion of the nail, which would eventually grow back, and performing a permanent procedure that involved numbing my toe, removing the nail, and applying acid to prevent it from growing back. He made sure I understood everything before moving forward. What impressed me the most was that I didn't expect the procedure to be done that same day. Based on my past experiences with other doctors, I assumed I would only be evaluated and then have to schedule another appointment for the actual procedure. Instead, Dr. Yang was able to take care of everything during my visit. I really appreciated not having to come back for a second appointment, which saved me both time and the cost of another copay. My entire visit, including check-in, the consultation, and the procedure was completed in less than an hour. It's refreshing to find a medical office that values patients' time while still providing exceptional care. I highly recommend Orange County Podiatry and Dr. Yang. I experienced on and off pain and swelling on my right foot for around 3 months before deciding I had enough and told myself something is not normal. I was referred to her by my mother who used to closely work with her back then. at this point I was limping everywhere I go, every step was a struggle, taking stairs was a dose of torture, driving required extra extra effort. my big toe was red, swelling and painful I couldn't even take a proper step. Every appointment was a breeze and efficient from the start, Jazmin and Christina are very welcoming and Dr Farajian herself evaluated and personally talked to me about her treatment plan on my first visit, after getting my feet digitally scanned and x-rayed, sadly my Insurance did not cover any part of it upon verification, so I had to invest in myself out of pocket, and putting all my trust as a patient onto Dr. Farajian. Tiny to No pain, No surgery, No fear all throughout my treatment process, they worked with my work schedule too. I can confidently say now It is worth it, this time of writing is 3 weeks post-growth factor treatment and walking with my new insoles, still waiting for full recovery of my growth factor as advised and directed by Dr., so I am still taking it easy, but for now I am back to normal activities, ZERO pain, ZERO limping, ZERO struggles in walking, taking stairs, ladders, driving because every step feels and looks normal now. and of course no more swelling anywhere.
