I've been a member of OCCU for quite some time now and have nothing but positive experiences to share. My recent experience concerned an external bank transfer that was drafted from my OCCU Account. The funds somehow got " tied up" within the process and were never credited back to my OCCU Account ( no fault of OCCU). Mr Seung Kang of OCCU stepped in and laid out the process to resolve this error in a concise and efficient manner. His follow-up communication was detailed and aligned with the resolution timeline that was initially provided. As to his word, the issue was resolved in 48 hours, and the funds credited to my account shortly thereafter.
