I had my ultrasound on 1/2/26 and am still waiting for my results. It will be 30 days on Monday. I was initially told the result would take 3 to 5 days. I called two weeks ago to check the result, and I was told there was an error in how the test was labeled. I called back and I wasn't even asked for my name so I can conclude there were many people waiting for their result outside of the 3 to 5 day window. I cannot recommend this business. read more

If I could I would give no stars. It has been over 3 weeks since my appointment and I still have not gotten my results or any inclination that I will at any time soon. I was getting ultrasound screening done here bec I was uninsured and had belief that a tumor had formed and need proof in order to get onto emergency insurance as well as begin treatment but this place has kept that from happening and may be directly responsible for fatality if it is cancerous and is now too late to treat as time is of the importance and this organization does not care read more

Came here many times for ultrasounds related to fertility. Very happy with my experience! The entire staff was very accommodating and nice. They are especially great with STAT results if you're doing any kind of remote cycle monitoring with a fertility clinic. The price of the ultrasound $140/each and/or $695 for unlimited ultrasounds in a single fertility cycle is a GREAT deal. What's awesome though is the deal you get when you pay doesn't extend to any lack of service or medical expertise. Mona is a wonderful ultrasound technician and really knows her stuff! read more

If you're going through IVF, please read this -- this place could have seriously jeopardized my cycle. This was my third monitoring appointment overall, but my second time visiting this location. Right off the bat, the experience is strange. You can't just walk in -- the door is locked and you have to call a number on the door for them to buzz you in. The office inside looks run-down, a little dirty, and just not maintained well. The staff doesn't come off as professional or warm at all. I handed them the exact paperwork from my doctor, clearly stating that I needed a transvaginal ultrasound. Still, they told me I needed a full bladder because I was getting an abdominal ultrasound. I questioned it, but they seemed confident, so I just went along with it. Turns out they were wrong and had to switch it last-minute -- that was red flag #1. The actual scan was so rushed. The tech barely said anything, didn't ask any real questions, and she moved so quickly I honestly didn't feel like she looked thoroughly at all. When she said, "I'm moving to your right ovary," she literally pulled the probe out one second later. It was bizarre. But I didn't want to seem rude or question her expertise in the moment. Then I get dressed and they hand me the worksheet -- and it says I have zero follicles on both ovaries and a lining of 1.1mm. I was shocked. Two days prior at another clinic, I had 11 follicles and a lining of 6mm. I calmly explained that and they started arguing with me, saying I must be wrong, and that my last scan was a week ago (they were confused because my second scan was done somewhere else). It felt dismissive and careless. I asked for a re-scan and waited about 30 minutes. Thank God I pushed for that, because when they checked again, magically they found 21 follicles and my lining was actually 6.5mm. So they were going to let me walk out thinking I had no follicles -- which would've caused panic and possibly delayed or ruined my IVF cycle. What scares me is how many other people may not know to speak up, and just accept whatever this clinic tells them. I later checked Yelp and saw that multiple reviews mentioned the exact same thing -- rushed scans, incorrect results, unprofessional staff. If you're going through IVF or any kind of fertility treatment, you know how important accuracy and attention to detail are. This clinic is lazy, careless, and not trustworthy. I'll never go back and I truly hope this helps someone else avoid a horrible experience. read more

I scheduled my appointment 10 days in advance. While at the location-they made me stand outside the door and talk to them on the phone. Turns out, you don't schedule appointments, you schedule a request for an appointment and staff will call you to schedule. No one called me, I had my appointment "request" in for over 10 days and no one called to confirm or else I would not have driven over to the location. Staff were extremely rude and condescending and I didn't even get in the door. It feels so weird that they're just watching you from inside while treating you like an idiot. Great establishment! I mean, the building and interior are a bit dated, so if you're concerned about that than maybe subtract a star? I went here to have an ultrasound performed on my my pride and joy (my balls). I've never had this done before but one day I felt something like a small bump on one of them and wanted to be sure it was benign since cancer runs in my family. I've also never had a bump down there before. And in case you're wondering, my pride and joy are fine -- the results said so and the bump went away on it's own. Oddly, I scheduled an appointment with them online. When I arrived for my appointment, they said the appointment I scheduled was an appointment to make an appointment...Did you get that? So just be sure you understand the online appointment is just an appointment to then make an actual appointment for services with them. So I made an actual appointment for my ultrasound and they were ready right on time when I arrived. The radiologist that assisted me was super professional. I thought it might be a weird experience to basically have someone I just met running a machine all over me down there and putting some kind of jelly all over me. They actually made it very comfortable and relaxing, given the circumstances. All in all, the procedure took about 30 minutes and only cost $99. I didn't go through insurance (I think they only take Aetna, which I don't have), so that was the out the door cost. I had my results and a letter from an MD going over them and saying blood flow and size all appeared good and the area of concern was benign (which ended up being the case). Hearing your size down there is good does sort of make you blush. Overall, I'm super happy with the experience, professionalism, timeliness and price of Orange Diagnostic Ultrasound. I was in there in less than a week from my initial inquiry and just wanted to know urgently if I needed to escalate this concern to my doctor (my doctor typically takes a month to get an appointment). I couldn't believe an ultrasound service as well as a MD reviewing the results only cost $99 out of pocket. That's a steal in this day and age. And getting an appointment so quickly was also way better than had I gone to a hospital. read more

The worst medical facility I have seen in my life, and I have lived in 5 countries and traveled to over 25 countries! This place should be shut down, honestly. It seems extremely anti sanitary, very unprofessional medical team. During my ultrasound I had two young ladies observing and the nurse did not even explain what their roles are. I booked this place only because it was very cheap and available, but I had so much pain and possible infection for several days after their procedure, that it's really worth going to a professional facility. I contacted the clinic on day 3 notifying them that I had severe pain (although I had done that procedure several times before), however they were not helpful. The rooms look like some underground illegal place (photos attached). I had to go to the bathroom to use napkins , which were not provided in the room. It was a horrific experience! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars instead of having to give them 1. I went here for fertility monitoring for IVF and after leaving with a copy of my results I was absolutely sure the ultrasound technician had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She had reported seeing no follicles in one ovary, which is highly unlikely given just last month I went there and had 16 reported. All she supposedly saw was just 3 on my left side and NOTHING else was seen apparently. With my doctor not feeling confident about these findings, I found another place who performed fertility monitoring ultrasounds and went to them the very next day and to no one's surprise, the results were different and I have the images to prove it. I indeed did have follicles on the ovary that their technician claimed wasn't there (I even called back same day of my appointment to make sure it wasn't a mistake and the technician confirmed she saw none) and on top of all of that, I had two cysts, clear as day! There's no way an experienced tech should have missed it. These cysts made the difference of whether my Dr felt it was okay to move forward with my ivf process. These ultrasounds they are conducting are very important and make the difference for people like me who need them to see if they are cleared to continue the IVF process and it is completely irresponsible and honestly disheartening that they would use a tech who is giving inaccurate results. IVF is not cheap and they are messing with my money. Not only that, but I called to speak to a manager/supervisor to speak about a refund and was told I'd get a call back and haven't heard from them. Came here because I was unable to make an appointment with another facility. I was able to make an appointment here easily and quickly and was able to be seen the next day. They send reminders (email, text, and a call) so it's easy to remember. No waiting time and employees were friendly. Results were provided the next day. The place is a bit outdated and may seem shady but the performance by the technicians and other employees was wonderful and speedy. And the entire process went seamlessly. Thank you! read more

They didn't toll us that don't accept insurance until ultrasound finish and is been 5 days pass we not have results yet , everything is very old and not update for years . Very bad bed for old people . Don't recommend & not waste your money read more
