I have made her aware that I contracted an infectious disease from vermin that hospitalized me for 13 days and almost killed me due to the rats and no response to my recent complaints. Rhoda seems to be oblivious to putting my family's life and safety at risk because she can't seem to return phone calls, respond to emails, or do the responsible thing and resolve the source of the entry point of the infestation. I asked her to send an inspector who could locate the entry points for the rats and mice and she denied that and instead sent a handyman who just set more traps. If anyone in my family gets sick, there will be a major lawsuit. Rhoda is incompetent and hasn't done anything to deal with the rodent infestation in my house. I have had to resort to calling LA Department of Health and Manhattan Beach Police Department just to get some response. Every time I call, I hear she is out, "showing properties."
