Mark is not here mentally and forgets to execute basic tasks and Will is rude and obnoxious. You can't have a conversation with this women. They're a small team but still can't communicate with one another. Took them months to fix the most minor thing. They charge you the price but the quality and service is terrible. In high end real estate, property managers are dime a dozen so choose wisely.

Basically they are price gouging fire victims. Also founder of the company tried to upsell us on interior design services for when we rebuild our home - just 2 weeks after it had burned down. I highly recommend staying away from doing business with Marbella Lane. Although the Marbella Lane representatives were polite in their quick email only responses, the offers to assist were slow and ineffective. The rental started off promising with a working access code and a clean home, then it became an ongoing series of mishaps, inconveniences and noise. The wifi didn't work (and I had to ask for the password), the TV didn't work, outlets for the lamps didn't work, the corkscrew was broken, and then we woke up to construction on the other half of the duplex. All day they were working on the house with a ladder actually on the balcony of the unit we were in. The driveway was full of equipment (which we noticed upon evening arrival), and the noise persisted all day. Marbella Lane claimed to not know about the construction, although the driveway is full of materials, and the work is taking place on the other half of the house we were in. Honestly, how could you manage a home and not know? With each occurrence, I reached out to Marbella Lane, was asked to send pictures and fully explain the situation, and the most they eventually did was offer a token gift card at a local coffee shop for our troubles, which I declined. Their solutions either didn't work (I eventually figured out how to reconfigure the wifi and tv), or were slow to arrive (corkscrew delivered the next day through amazon), or they just didn't have a solution (because who could know about construction in California with all of the required permits?). It is obvious that they don't have anyone available locally, they didn't know many details about the rental at 1987 Beach Blvd in Pacifica CA and all issues are managed through email. I will not use their services again, regardless of how nice the house looks.

They also stated they had no other properties available in the city I booked, but we found one on first try. Definitely do not recommend Marbella Lane Management. Complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
