    On February 10, 2026 I went with my father-in-law to Specialty Medical to purchase an electric…read morewheelchair. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. Full Version: I've been going to Dr. Gallaher for about 10 years. However, since I am relatively young, and in good health, I haven't had to go in too much. I never had too many issues, so I had no issue referring my sister to the office. We are 1/2 vietnamese, however, I appear fully caucasian. My sister however, is more clearly mixed. From the moment Dr. Gallaher realized that we were 1/2 asian, her demeanor changed. She became much more confrontational. She began yelling and becoming accusatory about things. When my sister and mother were in the office recently she made a comment to her nurse that "those people don't understand how doctors work". Just this week, my sister was experiencing issues with a medication prescribed by Dr. Gallaher. She called in on Tuesday, Dr. Gallaher was out of the office, so Dr. Warner did an adjustment and she was told to call back if she continued to experience issues. Since her symptoms were getting worse, my sister called the office Friday as she was told to do. I was on the call with her on Friday (muted), so I heard everything that Dr. Gallaher said to her. In the brief 3 minutes my sister talked to Dr. Gallaher, she started yelling about the prescription and why my sister didn't call in sooner (clearly didn't look or care that my sister had called on TUESDAY) Add to this the fact that when you HAVE an appointment you still have to wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room...for a doctor that has so many patients she can't keep track (or doesn't care to). I'm changing doctors.

    I was in the area and thought I'd try this place. This was my first time visiting Tropicanna…read moredispensary, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The only two people who were genuinely friendly and welcoming were the young woman who handled the registration process and the security guard. Beyond that, there was very little greeting, introduction, or effort to help me as a first-time customer who was clearly unfamiliar with the products. I explained exactly what I was looking for, yet I was only shown three options despite the amount of stock in the store. The products were basically placed on the counter with very little explanation. Trying to get information or ask questions felt like trying to pry open a clam. I should not have to pull information out of employees when I am standing there ready to make a purchase and asking for guidance. I eventually purchased a product, only to get home and discover that it needed to be charged. No one mentioned that possibility or warned me that I could leave the store with a product I could not immediately use. The product did not come with the charger I needed, so now I have to make another trip back to the store. I decided called going back maybe there was a magic button I wasn't seeing. But their first initial effort was to tell me I have seven days to return with the product so they can TEST IT and determine whether it QUALIFIES for a replacement. I was also told there would be no refund. This is extremely frustrating. If a product requires a charge and does not include the necessary charger, I believe the store should make sure the item is adequately charged before selling it or, at the very least, clearly inform the customer before the purchase. What concerned me even more was being told there can be an issue with a percentage of these products UP TO 25% or more. If there is a known possibility that a customer may purchase a faulty or nonfunctioning item, that information should be clearly explained upfront before making a purchase --especially when the store has a no-refund policy. Overall, I left feeling uninformed, poorly assisted, and dissatisfied with both the customer service and the way the product issue is being handled. Based on my first experience, I cannot recommend this store. First-time customers should feel welcomed, educated about the products, and confident in what they are purchasing. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Save your yourself the hassle, frustration, and having to go back just so they can test the product that you purchased to see if it's deemed to replaceable cause they sold you faulty one. I do not recommend this dispensary at all. The value on all levels is disappointing. There's plenty of other dispensaries in the area that will give you much better service and the staff will be better educated in the product and customer service.
