Wait time for prescriptions can be very long. even hours. Granted the fault is sometimes the customer who doesn't have the insurance worked out or the doctor's office. The drive through is great only if you're the first or second car, but not necessarily so if they're understaffed at the time you're there. 2. Biggest complaint in addition to the wait times is that someone will call saying the prescription is ready but you get there, and it's not. 3. Not Walgreen's fault but there are often homeless people hanging around the premises and sometimes panhandling. Also be aware that when the Tustin Brewery or other businesses across Newport Blvd. have no parking, people will park at Walgreens and walk across the street. Parking is better now that they've taken away the EV charging stations.

I told him that due to some scheduling conflicts, I had no choice but to reschedule the appointment at around 6 pm, but the pharmacist told me that I can come in at any time today to get the vaccine. I thanked him for the reassurance and I went here to get Meningitis ACWY and B versions. I wanted to take these two vaccines again because of the recent Meningitis B outbreak in England, and I didn't want to get Meningitis from someone who was recently in the UK. I don't want to sound rude or insensitive in any way, but I would rather be vaccinated than getting Meningitis. The pharmacist Jason was really gentle with me and he was really good at talking to me and calming me down. He didn't take too long to prepare the vaccines. I also told him about my COVID vaccine nightmare that happened to me over the weekend. I was bedridden and nauseous AF. I threw up several times at home. Jason asked me if the illness went away the next day and I told him that I fully recovered. He was really glad. I also told Jason that I read that people with a history of headache disorders are more likely to get the rare side-effects of the COVID vaccine. He told me that's likely possible. I told him that when I was 18, I was sexually exploited and the trauma of it has caused me to develop tension headaches. He told me that he was really sorry to hear what happened to me. He pinched my shoulder and then shook it to lessen the pain from the vaccines. It was worth it. He also used a single band-aid and put it vertically.

And the reason why I don't go inside when I stand too long my back hurt. But the reason why I'm writing this today I have to say they are so helpful. I put in description no word so then I had to call in and explained to them what I need a refill is kind of emergency inhaler. They get it done less than 30 minutes. Just wanna say thank you so much so appreciated. The pharmacy team they are the best even though they're so busy but they get our subscription refill.

He helped push my wheelchair and even brought in a boot and called other clinics to see if they would be able to take my insurance. Unfortunately they do not have imaging at this urgent care so if anyone has laceration issues, do not come here. I felt really cared by Jose and he went above and beyond for the service. Chris is proactively making an effort to remediate the wrongs and has gone so far as to get in touch with a startup specialty pharmacy in my area to (hopefully) serve me someday. He was also able to better explain the issues regarding the contractual relationship with specialty pharmacies and insurance, the reason I wrote my last review. While I am grateful for the actions Chris has committed to in order to improve Whole Health, I stand by my previous statement regarding the employees. I don't believe in absolute perfection from any business is possible every time, but every call made to Whole Health (that wasn't Chris) involved me arguing or pleading for help. I just don't think I should be in tears or allow a pharmacy to disturb my peace because the employees refuse to provide me solutions. I shouldn't have to ask for Chris on the phone as a last resort, only to find it ineffective in helping my problem. I also don't find it fair to blame an entire company for the faults of a few. I appreciate the apologetic calls but until I have experienced the improvements myself, I can only rightfully rate this pharmacy 3 stars.

Unlike the west-side of Los Angeles, Orange County unfortunately does not have a plethora of compounding pharmacies to choose from, so it's nice to have "King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center" in Irvine. If you need a specialty hard-to-find medication, or an alternative dosage that's not readily available at most pharmacies, or an allergen-free medication, King's can customize medications to suit your individual needs. They can even change formulas from a pill to a liquid, & add your favourite flavour to the medication to make it easier to take! Bonus!!! Although the new location on Red Hill is smaller & a more difficult to find (enter through the back) compared to the (now closed) Newport Beach & Sand Canyon locations, the staff at the new location are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & will go the extra mile to coordinate with your medical providers to make some difficult situations a bit smoother. They even have a small section of unique gifts available. Tip: When deciding whether or not to seek out a compounding pharmacy, keep in mind that some insurance carriers may not cover the expense of some compounded medications. However, you may find that it is still worth paying out-of-pocket for customized medications to suit your individual needs from these highly-trained pharmacists. If you have unique medical needs that the "big box" pharmacies (&/or commercially manufactured medications) cannot address, try "King's Pharmacy & Compounding Center."

What I really appreciated was that they respected that it's the parent's choice to vaccinate--no pressure, just warm support. The pharmacist was empathetic, patient and was clearly very comfortable giving vaccines to little ones (we previously had a horrible experience at a chain pharmacy attempting to get a kids shot). The pharmacy is clean and neat. They even offered us juice or water while we waited and had really cool "prizes" for the little one after the shot. This place really just shows why independent pharmacies are worlds better than corporate retail. The entire staff here care about their patients and it shows in every single way. He listened carefully to what I had to say regarding the transfer requirements of the prescription I needed, moving it from my insurance, Optum RX, to Cura. BK understood exactly what I was explainly and was very patient. I've also dealt with Eric recently on a refill of that same prescription and he was also very patient, knowledgeable and communicated with me very efficiently when I has to call to check stattus, until the refill was finally transmitted to Cura from my PCP. I've called their pharmacists on many occasions to get information about particular medications, or to find out when their next delivery will be scheduled and they have always been extra professional and friendly. Their medications are very competitively priced and you can't beat their service compared to big chain pharmacies.

I am the operations manager for more than 20 Residential Senior Living communities in Mission Viejo and they have been on the the strongest partners we have ever worked with. They serve our senior residents effectively, efficiently, and responsively. They have been flexible and accommodating to so many of our residents that we would not dream of using anyone else. They have amazing response times and all the staff there is kind, helpful, and effective in addressing out needs. They are more recently open 7 days a week 365 days a year which only helps them cater to the urgent needs we sometimes have as well as having a hospice pharmacy that can handle the complex nature of those medications. Peter, the owner, is truly an amazing leader of this operations and quite the personable pharmacist. If you are unhappy with you pharmacy and want a pharmacy that is not only experienced at servicing care homes but also willing to cater their service around your needs, then please believe me that there is none better than Rose Rx.
