If I could give 10 STARS +, I would! We're semi frequent customers here & really enjoy the yogurt. I needed to request a special froyo cake at the last minute. The young man on the phone was super helpful getting me in touch with the owner, who was not in at the time. I reached out to her with an "Urgent Request" via email, & she responded right away, offering to drop what she was doing, go back to the store & custom decorate one that was in the back for my son's college graduation from ASU later the same day! She nailed it! She used ASU colors, & placed a Mortar Board Cap on it, along with a message from our family. We REALL appreciate the effort she put in to accommodate us. There was nothing spectacular about this location. The employees are pleasant but customer service wasn't anything that stood out. The selections for the froyo were of majority of flavors I've had elsewhere. Because of this, I'm giving this business 3 stars. I just moved to Verrado from California and this place is amazing! I am super in love with their non-dairy pineapple and orange flavors. I don't care that if they have dairy or not. I'm just writing that in there because that's what was advertised. But I love the taste of those flavors the most. The pineapple is very similar (albeit slightly thicker) to the Dole Whip at Disneyland. And trust me, I'm a HUGE Disneyland person. The orange flavor is very spot-on and honestly tastes like they made it with real oranges. Toppings are great. I wish they had little mochi balls but hey, everything else is so wonderful I'm not even going to ask or complain. It's clean, great pricing, and the staff is very friendly. I've brought all of my family here who have visited and they also love it! P.S. No pictures, sorry. I shoveled it all into my mouth before I remembered. I love this place! They have 12 different flavors of froyo, including dairy free and no sugar added. They also have a slew of toppings like fresh fruit, candy and nuts. The best part is they charge by the cup size, not by weight. They have small, medium and large cups. I love that idea! At other shops I feel like I pay an arm and a leg for a cup of froyo. I can actually bring my whole family for an affordable price. For the 5 of us, we got a medium cup, it was $33ish. read more

Came here for another VES SuperStars fundraiser. There were only 2 other people inside so it wasn't during peak hours. Customer service has unfortunately gone way WAY down since my last visit back in February. And it's a shame because my little one loves this place. The guy at the register couldn't even say hello or goodbye back. And the woman cleaning around the toppings bar acted like we were an inconvenience even though we patiently waited for her to finish up. Unfortunately This will be our last visit. read more

Been to this location multiple times - never had an issue. The yogurt is great, there are multiple toppings to choose from, and the employees have always been pleasant. Moreover, the restaurant is always clean despite the amount of kids that come into this place. It's just a nice place to grab yogurt and relax inside (or outside) after a long day. Orange Leaf is an awesome frozen yogurt store if you're looking to cool off from the summer heat. They have a wide selection of frozen yogurt flavors and you can get it in several size cups or in a waffle cone. The toppings are plentiful and yummy and I like the fact that you don't pay by the weight, especially when the kids are shoveling on the treats. It's clean and the staff is always friendly. Best kept secret in Buckeye? After today's experience I think so. While out and about I decided to stop by and check them out. I loved the bright colors and how they played off the light from outside. The shop was so clean and the flavors were different than anything I'd seen at any other frozen yogurt place before, and get this THEY CHARGE BY THE CUP SIZE NOT THE WEIGHT. (Swoon) I was pleased to see they also sell acai bowls, cones, tea with boba and so much more. I saw a cinnamon bun flavor and had to try it and oh SO GOOD! I also tried a pineapple sample and my daughter had a pumpkin flavor. My first thought was that it would be disgusting as I am not a lover of anything pumpkin besides pie, but it was fabulous. I added sliced almonds to my cinnamon bun yogurt and my daughter to her pumpkin and it made them perfect. Not heavy, not over sugary just right. Lastly the girl working the counter was amazing, friendly, chatty and asked us questions to get our feedback on one of the flavors. She gave recommendations and just made our experience great. The yogurt is decent, if expensive. However, this place is run like a sweatshop. I've only been here a handful of times. The teenagers working here are always overworked, harried, and haunted-looking. The poor girl I spoke to over the summer was on the last couple hours of her eight hour shift and hadn't eaten yet because the owner schedules just one worker to staff the place and doesn't provide lunch or bathroom breaks. She came out of the bathroom to several of us waiting and wondering if someone was being held hostage in the back. One of the people on line began to harangue the poor girl for leaving the store unattended. These 16yo kids are expected to open alone, close alone, operate and clean heavy machinery, serve, clean, and manage unruly kids and teens. Service is understandably spotty and the place can get messy. It's pretty hard to do the job of three people, folks. Give these kids a break. read more

This is a great yogurt shop in Verrado that we definitely enjoy. It's always clean and the staff is taking safety measures due to the pandemic. The employees are consistent in their cleaning and using caution every time I've been there, even when different people are working. New to Verrado and will never go back to this place. Horrible service. Had to ask for money back after waiting 10 minutes for a smoothie. Girl inside was slamming cups down, acting like we were a big inconvenience. When asked if orders were almost done, just turned and said they had a lot of online orders before slamming her way into the back. I left, disgusted with the attitude and my sister asked for refund. They called a manager because didn't know what to do. Went next door to coffee place and discovered they had smoothies too. Got within a few minutes and they had a much better attitude! read more

I love coming here but I was super disappointed to come at 9:20 tonight and the door was locked. The employee looked at us and turned around. No explanation on why they were closed 40 mins early. Yelp just asked me a lot of dumb questions and all I can say is this is a yogurt place. Is it for vegetarians or vegans? If you are one I'll leave it up to you. I mean I know a vegetarian that snuck a hot dog once in a while. Also, I have no clue about the can here. Yelp always asks about the head. Now as for this place, they always have great flavors that change, but there are always a set of good ones. I would suggest trying a taste of things with a test cup, because though I hate real cotton candy, the cotton candy yogurt here is great.
