It came with 2 pieces , one being the butt end and it was the best and tastiest piece. The brown gravy was the right thickness , not runny , and good flavor. Onion Rings were good also. I've loved bison/buffalo for a few years now since I first had it in Montana. My daughter in law had the Bison Burger. It was not bad , but I've had better. My son had the Cheesesteak and he and I both thought it was a letdown. We had a few places in Vegas where we used to live that were so good and authentic. The meat was chopped in very fine pieces , not shaved or chopped bigger and hardly any green peppers , just tiny slivers. Also not a lot of seasoning , kind of plain tasting. Fries were okay. The service was pretty good for it to be as busy as it was. The server did forget our extra ranch and my daughter in law asked for guacamole on the side and she forgot that too. She did apologize and we weren't charged for it. I think it's a nice restaurant and I'm sure I will return again another day. It's very popular.

I didn't really care for the spicy ketchup because it just tasted like a lot of Tabasco in it. I like spicy food , but not a real fan of Tabasco and it was really strong. I love Sweet Tea , but dang how many cups of sugar did they put in this thing. I had to mix 2 thirds sweet to 1 third unsweetened. I had sweet tea every day for a week at different restaurants in OKC and this was by far the sweetest. I live in Las Vegas and we have a Whataburger on the Strip that is 2 stories and serves alcohol. I've only been once with a co-worker for a burger. They are supposed to build some off the Strip too. The burgers are good sized and not bad for the one I had.
