Waitress was very nice. Quick service. I ordered French Toast. Waitress asked if I wanted all Cinnamon Raisin. Normal I think is 2 Regular and 1 Cinnamon. I said yes, sounded good. Well, I'm thinking how can you mess up French Toast! It was so soggy tasted like dough. They serve Mixed Fruit Jelly , not my fav Grape Jelly. Husband ordered Country Skillet with pancake side. Today was our second visit to this Jimmys egg in Mustang. The first visit we did not get waiting on for 10-15 minutes and then they finally took our order. They brought all of our food out except for my husband's bread then we had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes just for the bread. We go in today we sit there for 20 minutes. The girl says I'll be with you in a minute 10 minutes later she still doesn't come back so we asked the waiter if we could get somebody to wait on us he said yeah I'll go find her so he went and told her she laughed and then he ended up coming over and taking our order and he was great, but I did not get his name. I eat at Jimmys egg regularly, almost every day for breakfast. I visit all of them in the OKC and outside areas. I visit mustang jimmy egg occasionally. Food is normally great and people are very nice. Today 9/20/25. I get my normal 3 scrambled eggs hash browns and bacon. The eggs were all runny and were terrible, took one bite. Not the staff but the manager adjusted the bill and I overheard her talking to the waitress, she said take off his drink and it will look like we adjusted it. I get the same thing every time, I know what the amount is, it did not change. Places make mistakes, I am completely okay with that. But when you're deceptive to your customers, shame on you. My husband and I ate breakfast on a weekday at the Mustang, Ok Jimmy's Egg. From the start the server seemed new and inattentive. We had to ask for a refill on drinks. When checking out not our waiter but another person came to our table and told us there was a computer glitch and our ticket was ran through twice but they credited us back. They gave us both receipts on the credit it showed unresolved. We understand mistakes and computer issues so no big deal. However, we waited 10 days no refund. Called bank to check and no refund. My husband took the receipts and went to Jimmy's Egg and the manager was not there but the staff said someone would call. No call after a week. Called manager and she wanted to argue over the phone and said we would have to prove it with a bank statement. We don't get paper statements everything is on app. This is 2025! So he goes back shows her the bank statement online and the two charges and receipt. Oh we can't locally credit you the owner has to do that. 1. As a new customer we will never return. 2. I feel my only course of action is to make a negative review to hope things will change for the better. 3. Customer Service- had the mistake been honored, gift us a gift card, apologize (don't argue) we would have been fine. 4. What would you do if a customer was disappointed in there food would you say oh locally I can't do anything. Positive Note: I would like to say we love the Yukon Jimmy's Egg. It is nice, clean, good vibe, great service and excellent food. I am just scared to eat there if something like this happens again. It should not be this much of a hassle for 21.00. If i'm being honest, I will most likely not be coming back here. When you first walk in, it smells like a hospital and that's not a good thing. I can tell that all the photos on the wall of the food are from the internet because none of the food they had looked that good. The servers were nice though. Went for my "Usual" breakfast (Baja Omelet with sides). Service was Excellent as usual. Last several visits the Omelets have been mediocre, all the ingredients in the center (cheese not fully melted), eggs not fully done (still runny) and just tossed on the plate! But today was OUTSTANDING!! The Omelet was amazing!! This is how I remember them being at Jimmy's Egg. The cook that prepared it was Arturo, and I could tell he wasn't back there just pushing orders out 1/minute. ALL the cheese was melted, the edges were done, and super tasty. This is how the "Perfect Omelet" is supposed to be made. I will FOR SURE be asking for him to make mine in the future. THANK YOU!! read more

Have always liked Jimmy's Egg, but today, they've switched to premaid biscuits and bagged gravy. The biscuits were burnt and tasteless. The gravy had NO flavor. Regarding Jimmy's Egg in Mustang on Highway 152. I'm writing this review for my 85 year old Mother who has probably never even heard of YELP. Now I want to start this review with a statement that i am extremely prejudiced in my Mom's favor and am on her side. I grew up in Mustang. And am embarrassed at this hometown business. I expect better. I certainly do for my Mom. I want every day to be as perfect as possibly can for Mom. When a casual luncheon date with her 88 year old sister turns into a three day rant about how Jimmys egg cannot make a Club Sandwich. (A simple menu item) It came out and at first glance she says it looked looked like little round roll cut in half with some chicken and a tiny strip of beacon. The sandwich was so soggy it was inedible. It was not eaten. Mom was not happy. On a scale of 1 -10 Mom gives it a 1. Mom was to nice to tell them about the soggy Club Sandwich. I met my friends here for breakfast.  Apparently it is a local favorite.  I thought it was ok.  Food was good, staff friendly.  I noticed some hiccups like getting our food before our utensils.  My  coffee was not hot, it was barely warm.  They carry the usual breakfast items from omelettes and pancakes.  I ordered an omelette with turkey, spinach, and cheddar.  I did not really taste the cheddar or Turkey.  It was good though. It would not be first choice for breakfast but it is safe bet for a decent breakfast at a reasonable price.  Only exception is the make your own omelette.  Basic price includes any 1 item with each additional item an extra 99 cents regardless of what it is. read more

Yum! Jimmy's egg is really a favorite of ours. The food is great and the service is fast.

Been here a few times and while the food is okay the service AT THIS LOCATION is ridiculous. Utensils? It's all good! I'll just eat with my hands. Drink order? 80% correct. Still waiting on that Coke! If they are going to take that long to take order then at least give us something to munch on at the table...aside from the pen and ticket from the people before us. The adventure today was the best by far. I SAW our food on the counter. I was looking at it with my own eyes. I also saw people getting their food when they were seated after we ordered. When we told them we were not waiting anymore (an hour at this point) they made an excuse that the computer didn't get the order to the cook. Seriously dude? I am looking at the plates! Ordered Postmastes this morning so can't comment on the service but our food was good. It was not really warm but we are used to that with delivery. We just thought since it's only about 3 miles from our house it would be warmer. My Queso Blanco burrito was really yummy. I asked to add jalapeños in my burrito and they were just dumped on top of my hash browns. Odd but ok. I'll mix them with my hash browns. My husband had the biscuit debris and said it was good. A very pleasant surprise! We've not had the best experience at this location but that changed today. Jana was the highlight. Cara was the low end. Her scowl at everyone and the important job of doing anything but customer service was pathetic. If you're some sort of facilitator then maybe you should work on the nasty restrooms where your scowl won't be as noticeable. Now to the best part, Jana! The absolute best waitress at any Jimmy's Egg location I've ever been to and I been to a number of them. Polite, efficient, and attentive. Have always had good service and food from here before, but ate there this morning with my husband for breakfast and it was horrible. They were busy, so the waiting I understand, but when you wait 45 minutes for your food, you would expect it to be good. The bacon, biscuits and hash browns were very burnt. when my husband asked the waitress about it she brought more hash browns, but offered nothing else. My husband asked to speak with a manager. She said there isn't one on weekends. He asked who he could complain to, she said herself and there's nothing she can do. We we weren't given any kind of discount or incentive to return. Visited this restaurant for the first time today! I have been to several other Jimmy's Egg in the metro and are always good, I cannot recommend this place to anyone! We were a group of 6, so expected a little wait but took 30 minutes to be seated. The only reason I gave one star was our waiter was pleasant. After we ordered it took over 30 minutes to get our food & that was only after my husband had to go ask what was going on & we were fixing to leave. When we finally got our food it was not even hot! Just really sad! Can't recommend this place at all, you have too many choices for breakfast go somewhere else. read more

Waitress had pass 3 times before I could actually flag her for creamer for coffee, the coffee itself tasted like coffee flavored water, the meal itself was... bland, so bland... hashbrowns no flavor just greasy potatoes, pancakes just disintegrated the moment syrup hit them, sausage had so much pepper in it we had to cover it to keep people from choking... the eggs were decent enough! Given I do not expect much when I go to Jimmy's Egg, but one would hope they would have decent service to compliment their sub par food. (I only go because my husband apparently loves it, but we were both annoyed this time around) We had a waiter who actively walked past our table with empty waters and an empty coffee cup on our table for 20- 30 minutes. We had no refills our entire visit. We also witnessed multiple servers who walked by, with water and coffee, who give no attention to our empty cups at the end of the table. When requesting to speak with someone the other waitress that passed our table multiple times turns out to be the manager on duty. I served for many years and I know it can be a struggle, but it was not busy and we were ignored multiple times. Don't worry I still tipped. I am not a monster. Yet, I usually tip well over 20% because I know how it feels to be on your feet and wait on other people. But I also know how to be attentive and ensure I am giving 100% to all of my tables. read more

We had to ask a server, who was not our own, to bring us straws and napkins and crayons for our toddlers because the hostess didn't leave them for us, as well as the sweet tea that my wife ordered. We haven't even gotten our food yet and I'm ready to leave. She's not think about what can help keep her tables calm. Our waitress has been back once since taking our order 30 minutes ago, we need refills and she hasn't checked, hasn't asked if we need anything else. Went early (630am) on a week day to celebrate a birthday while still allowing time to make it to school. Workers were inside, yet the doors were locked. Tried knocking on the door and while they looked at us, they didn't come to the door or give an update on the status of when they would open. The hours posted on the door were 6a to 2p and it was quite rude and dare I say very suspicious that they chose not to, at the very least, come tell us they would be opening late. The place is clean. Food is average flavor and portions are large for the price. Service can be slow when they are busy, but they are friendly. Let me preface this with the servers are pretty darn good, especially Jacob! My problem here is with the cooks; they are absolutely, astoundingly terrible. I have been to the Jimmy's in Yukon, I-240, Midwest City and the NW side and this is the worst one I've ever been to. It's like they're hiring strangers off the street and just putting them in the kitchen with no training. Not one time have I been here has my food been good; something is ALWAYS wrong. The coffee is like water, the food is always under cooked or over cooked, and just always tastes OFF. I'm really hoping they get it together here, and properly change their cooking methods because I'm tired of (but will keep on) driving so far for good food. It's nice having a Jimmy's Egg to n Mustang. The wait isn't anything like it is in Yukon. The service and quality are greatly improved since opening; you expect bumpy openings in the restaurant industry. Great job turning it around. We are so excited to have this restaurant in Mustang. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. They start with fresh,high quality goods and with expert chefs and recipes create wonderful meals. The staff is friendly and eager to make your visit memorable. The menu offers several options for the healthy conscience eater. Best of all, their manager, who comes with years of restaurant management, visits diners throughout the meal to ensure that every need is met. We were so impressed that the manager still covers tables just to keep her finger on the pulse of her restaurant. Her vivacious personality made the great food taste even better.
