I was craving pho and found this place near my house & got to go. I'm sorry but there was no flavor in my pho it's like my noodles were overcooked. It crumbled and broke like I was eating rice rather than noodles. My husband asked if I poured water in my soup because there was no flavor at all. Also ordered chicken fried rice which also didn't have much flavor. Maybe it's the Asian in me that expected more, but needless to say to I will not return. read more

Their food always comes out quickly so if you're ever in a rush, this is a great place to get good food quickly. The restaurant is a good size and it's always clean. The staff is friendly as well. I had been craving bun bo hue for a few weeks and decided to check out this place since it was close to home. It was INCREDIBLE!! So happy to discover a pho place nearby. We started off with the fried avocado and shrimp appetizer. Normally we get the fresh spring rolls at a pho place, but we decided to try something new and it was sooo good! The avocado was tempura fried to perfection and the cocktail shrimp on top made for a great app on a hot day. For our entrees we got the bun bo hue and the pho dac biet! We ordered the small because the small is HUGE. There's only a $1 difference between the small and the large, so go for it, but we like to enjoy our pho in the moment and didn't want much left over. The bun bo hue was really good! Not as rich as some other places but still very flavorful and a large amount of meat! The noodles were larger and more round than most other pho, which I like, and it caught the flavor of the broth really well. The pho dac biet was also excellent! Great flavor to the broth even before any additives (my husband likes it spicy so he put sriracha and some chili they gave us into his broth). The service was fast was fast and attentive. I should have just hopped on I-40 and went to The Asian District because I completely disagree with the raving. It could be called art if they applied clear epoxy over the floors in the conditions I saw Someone may have been murdered in the kitchen during my visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! They sold rotted eggroll and really bad smell, salty broth of all the soup noodles, bad service! Went to pick up togo order and the girl at front desk were on the phone so I understand that she cannot greet me while she's talking, but other servers there keep stared at me without saying a words. So I stand for about 10 mins at the front desk without any help, even though I called 30 mins before I came to pick up, so total of 40 mins, my foods not even ready to pick up ( she told me the foods ready in 15 mins) so I have to wait for another 10 mins . Just as others have stated the young woman working the counter is beyond rude. I went in to order pho and asked that the raw meat be cooked (having just moved here my house is without gas and so taking it togo means the broth would be too cold to actually cook the meat.) She proceeded to mumble under her breath several words which I can only assume where not kind. This is not the first time she has done this, I have been here on three separate occasions and each time our interactions have been this way. At the end of the day your employees make or break the customer experience and she has broken it consistently. Just my suggestion and take it with a grain of salt keep the menu as is but change the individual running the counter, or at least get her some classes/materials on how to better interact with others. read more

I was with 4 other people, we had pho, sushi, egg rolls and won tons. Pho wasn't very good-a little spicy, one sushi was ordered without spicy mayo but was loaded with something that was very spicy, the other one had a lot of spice plus wasabi on it. No flavor at all. Service was ok, but not great. When we were checking out-the guy kept saying they hv always made it that way. I've come here a few times now & I enjoy their food quite a bit! I usually get the spicy cowboy roll & then a P4. I went on a pretty cold day & this was the perfect place to come to. The cowboy roll is not the best. Whatever it is that is put on the top of the roll has a very bland & strange taste. However, this is the one place that gives the right amount of spicy mayo on top of the roll unlike every other sushi place I've been to (so the spicy cowboy is ACTUALLY spicy). I also like that the roll is evenly warm & its not just the shrimp. The broth of the pho is fine but I to add some sriracha to give it a bit more flavor. The steak is sliced into small pieces, which is fine, but they don't always add enough. Sometimes there are minimal amounts of steak & other times there are more than enough. Overall, this is a great spot to eat, especially if you don't want to drive very far. I've gone to a few pho places in OKC & this is one of my favorite spots. Also, the perfect restaurant on a cold day!! The staff here is also extremely kind. Had some issues that were quickly taken care of & they continued to check up on me. Good food. I'm not sure if they had changed owners or not, but i don't see the lady that was there anymore. i used to go every time i was in town but lately with the new ownership, it just doesn't taste the same. the quality isnt all there anymore. they used to give you a lot of round eye steak when i ordered just steak pho, but now its literally 7 small slices! the service is a little slow and rarely do they come back to check up on you. just a tip to the restaurant: please put sauce dishes on the table! i have to ask for a side dish everytime... and it only takes them about 10 mins to bring it out because they're busy serving other tables and they ALWAYS FORGET! read more

I didn't give the other 2 stars because there was no social distancing enforced being that they let you sit anywhere you wanted. Pleasantly surprised at the quality found here at Mustang's Pho Hieu. Service was very friendly and there's ample seating (no waiting!!). We were in a hurry to get back to the baseball field and had no trouble at all getting drinks, fresh spring roll appetizer, a bowl of pho and a chicken wing rice plate all ordered, delivered, eaten and paid for within an hour. Our total for the two of us was only $20. The spring rolls were very fresh and stuffed full, and one order was a perfect start to our meal. The rolls are served with a fresh homemade peanut dipping sauce topped with a little bit of red hot sauce which was the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The rice plate was a incredible bargain at $7.99. There were six big chicken wings freshly fried atop a huge serving of jasmine rice with a fried egg served along side fresh salad.
