The have bathrooms and drinks available for purchase (waters, electrolytes, protein shakes) Also, they recently partnered up with a massage therapist so you can book recovery massages as well! When I first started, they helped me adjust some work outs as I got into the rhythm. My biggest tip when going in is don't feel like you need to keep up with every one else. Ask the trainer how you can adjust the work out that meets your needs. Now that I have been coming for about 9 months, I have grown to love the people who go to the gym there and the sense of community you feel. Tuesday, they allowed me to attend and complete my workout without any incident. However, immediately afterward, management informed me that I am banned from returning solely because my ex-husband is a member here. Again, there has never been any issues or incidents there. Despite my mature and professional suggestion to only book into specific class times my ex does not attend to avoid any crossover, the owner flatly refused to cooperate, stating he has the right to run his business how he likes. They are choosing to arbitrarily deny corporate network benefits to visiting members based on petty, personal relationship status rather than actual gym behavior. Tuesday proved I can train here peacefully, yet management would rather be rigid gatekeepers than support a welcoming fitness community. To make matters worse, after arbitrarily banning me, the coach went so far as to post the class photo on their private, personal social media account with my face blocked out to gossip about the situation to their followers and other members. Completely toxic behavior and a gross violation of privacy by the staff. This will be reported to Corporate. If you value professional staff, reasonable management, and an actual welcoming and inclusive environment, look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and sense of community at F45 Bella Terra goes against what F45 is supposed to represent. I highly recommend checking out F45 Cinco Ranch West instead, where the management actually focuses on fitness and treats paying members with respect. It is down the street, very welcoming and supportive, and absolutely AMAZING!!

This location smells absolutely RANK, I walked into the back to use the water fountain first and I could smell a stench of feces coming from one of the restrooms. I was going to try to push past and just get my session done, but upon walking into the sauna it was filthy and not to mention, the bikes looked to be in horrible condition! I had to leave immediately because this made me want to vomit due to the nasty condition of the sauna. By far, the worst Hotworx location I've been to. They seemed like a nice location when I looked it up online, but now it's very clear that the abundance of interesting content they post is to hide all of the immense problems of this studio. Will definitely not be returning back or recommending others to this particular location.

Anytime access for members and fun events they have throughout the year. The main thing that enticed me to get a membership was the cleanliness of the studio and attention to detail. Unfortunately over the last year the ball has been dropped in both areas. The amount of broken equipment continues to grow. There's been a broken rower that used to leak water in the back of the open gym area for months now. We used to see them clean all the time and my last visit I had to exit a sauna due to the amount of dust triggering my allergies. I'm not sure if the high turnover rate has anything to do with this but I truly hope they can turn it around in 2025. I've gotten multiple friends to sign up. A couple have moved due to the over saturation of locations in the area. I really love the concept and will continue to try and introduced more ppl to HOTWORX.

I say "seemingly" because even though some of the equipment is higher priced doesn't necessarily translate to being the best. Now realistically this is a 5% issue STRICTLY in my opinion. No right or wrong here. Just FYI this is NOT a 24hr gym like I would expect at this price point. Overall the gym has a good layout. The leg options are quite good. However one plate loaded leg extension and 1 plate loaded seated leg curl.... These are very popular pieces of equipment maybe an investment in another set of these two is in the future and hopefully with a pin loadable stack of weight just for easier drop sets. Also it seems like there are a lot of cable stations but there really isn't. Price is a bit high but it limits some of the less experienced and/or disruptive clientele. So maybe not a terrible thing. The BIGGEST issue with this place are the dumbbells and fortunately an easy fix. The DBs are polished chrome and visually they look nice however seeing what the weight of the DB is difficult. Furthermore the weight of the DB is listed under where they are placed so it's even double tough to find the particular DBs you're looking for. The quick fix label the DBs between the handles. That way you can just look over the weights. Scan through. And find the proper DBs. As per staff: Very little interaction but friendly enough when I check in. Finally, this is a very nice and well maintained spot. I think there are a lot more "Pros" over "Cons" concerning joining this gym. Yeah you'll catch a couple folks not cleaning up their weights from machines. But just for their Leg area alone is worth joining. Granted I did NOT join but I have too many gyms as it is

She has no humility or care or understanding for anything that you may suggest as a legitimate concern. The gym itself is clean and conveniently located, but my experience with personal training was extremely disappointing. 1 clearly communicated specific training preferences and a prior back injury, yet my concerns were repeatedly ignored. I was pushed to lift more weight than I was comfortable with, which resulted in significant soreness and nervous system distress that left me unable to work out for an entire week. When I raised this as an injury concern, it was completely dismissed and brushed off as "normal." Instead of listening or taking accountability, the staff turned the situation around on me, questioned my nutrition and effort, and showed no genuine concern for my physical well-being. When I expressed that I no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing training, I was initially told I still had to pay under the contract. While they eventually released me from the contract and refunded my remaining sessions, the lack of care, empathy, and willingness to listen was shocking. This experience made it clear that client concerns-especially regarding injuries-are not taken seriously. I would not recommend this gym if you have specific needs, injuries, or expect a truly customized and supportive training

Hiedi works with you to help you accomplish whatever you need with built-in flexibility. I always look forward to my sessions with her. The facility offers various program options to fit different budgets. Once you select a program, you get access to the gym. She also offers group classes. There are many great trainers at the gym, and while the gym is available to everyone, I, as a female, feel extremely comfortable with many other women working out there. Both male and female trainers are available. The atmosphere is always warm, clean, and welcoming whenever I visit. If you're looking for a gym, I highly recommend trying it out for at least three months.
