I'm not super familiar with doing lots of workouts with weights but they are so helpful and provide great advice and correction. I love the vibe, music, and space. Plenty of parking and it's very clean too! They also have plenty of times that provide childcare. Overall a great place to workout, get strong, and stay in shape. read more

Pros: 45 min workouts that vary each day. Childwatch available. Trainers are easy to talk with and help with modifications. 1 on 1 meetings with trainers are available to discuss fitness goals. I've gained a lot of insight from the trainers! Cons: I think the social media content can do better by focusing on other amazing members in the afternoon camps. Social media content seems to focus on a "friend group". I know this high school culture has deterred people from joining Burn. Focusing on a broad range of people in the entire community may help increase the appeal of Burn Bootcamp in Temecula. This is my 3rd week here and I can say BBC has made a huge impact in my life already! I'm actually excited about working out and the staff are very professional and positive. My daughter is 1 years old and she has been scared the first few times I took her to the childcare center and the staff welcomed her with opened arms & calmed her down with ease. I'm very disappointed in this specific locations conflict resolution. I moved up north with an already existing account from another burn, and realized how much more of a drive it is then a few weeks later began a long Battle with respiratory issues. I spoke to two people, the first of which being the receptionist who I explicitly told I no longer wanted a membership. She let me know I was in a contract until Feb and I would have to pay even if I wasn't attending which I understood because I manage a company that does the same. She assured me that the payment would end in feb and I did not need to take any further action because again I'm familiar with these automatic renewal contracts. At this point I've made peace with the fact that I would have to pay until February but I wanted to see what I can do in regards to potentially ending my account early due to health issues. To his credit, he responded and let me know he would cancel it early with a doctors notes. At this point I dropped the ball, I had a lot of time consuming issues going on in addition to my health and I never got back to him in regards to the doctors note. Fast forward to today, burn tried to charge me for June and upon further inspection I was also charged for March, April, and May. I spoke to Robbie and he told me there was nothing he could do for me regarding the additional payments that were taken and apologized for the "miscommunication" by their receptionist. I'm honestly flabbergasted by the lack of accountability and respect for other peoples Money. I'll be reporting this to the BBB I'm hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I've been a member of burn for a year now. I was new to Temecula and I was in a bad spot in my life when I joined and was hesitant, but my friend insisted I do. I am so glad I did! I have a community I can lean on that helps build me up and makes me a stronger person , literally. I have grown so much as a person, physically and emotionally. They have one on one training, but in a group setting, which is amazing and exactly what I look for in a gym. The trainers truly care about you and your goals and make time to meet with you one on one. My kids attend childwatch and the staff is amazing! I've been doing Burn Bootcamp for two months now and it has already had a profound impact on my life. The free focus meetings allow you to ask diet and exercise questions. It's a safe place to start or improve your fitness journey. They also have an Evolt machine , which is a type of scale that breaks down your entire body composition and shows you a complete picture of your body weight (muscle, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat etc). Best Gym in Temecula for me, it's No. 1! The workouts are different everyday. I love the community and professional trainers. The child watch is very helpful so you can have 45 minutes to yourself to train however you need. They have focus meetings to help guide you with nutrition and will answer any questions you may have. This place is not worth the money. I had a membership for almost 6 months. I canceled my membership early for many reasons. The main 2 reasons were that when the head trainer left (who was amazing) nearly all of the replacement trainers were absolutely not qualified or experienced. I was very understanding- but there was little to no communication or effort on Burn's end to better the circumstances. (Then Gina came along & she is great!) Myself & my 2 sisters had our children in the childcare quite often. There were many issues within the child care that went unaddressed until we were notified by the KIDS in the childcare. Kids being bit, 1 year olds being put on "time out", etc etc. When I emailed the owner about my concerns, & canceling my membership all he was concerned about was the money. I paid what I owed for canceling with no issues. Then they charged me a second time for an equipment fee. When I emailed (multiple times) about this, I finally received a response telling me they had no choice but to charge me the extra fee. Given the situation of my canceling, the right thing would have been to wave the extra "equipment fee". If Robbie had been kind enough to work on that with me, I probably would not be leaving this review. It's clear that all they are concerned about is making money. I highly recommend looking ELSEWHERE when searching for a gym. read more

The word bootcamp is always intimidating. If you've been to the ones your regular box gym offers, they're usually just alright, hard but not that fun. I never thought I'd actually enjoy and look forward to going to one and even wake up at 5:30 to get it done. Whaaaaa? Yeah, that's right. A.M. But, there's also afternoon classes too if you're not a morning person. The trainers, Leah, Brandon, and Jazmine are pretty awesome. They push you when necessary and motivate you to do the best you can do. I like the float floor...easy one the knees, which is great. They've got all the equipment ya need including heavy boxing bags, weights, sliders, bosu balls, kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands, battle ropes...all the fun stuff. Every level is welcome and they always help you modify up or down depending on your needs. I like that they also offer focus meetings which is one-on-one time with a trainer to help ya meet your goals. Once you sign up for a plan, you can workout as many times as you want. I've been telling all my friends about it because I'm super happy with how much stronger I've become and a lot less intimidated by workouts I never thought I'd be able to do. That desire to want to be better and want to push yourself more is amazing once you start. I'm definitely enjoying the challenge of becoming a healthier and stronger me. Burn is the best worth it splurge I've given myself this year. Everyone here supports each other...it really is a great atmosphere, nothing to be intimidated about.^^. read more

I was one of the first members I started the 30 day free trail then signed up and still consistently going for 8 months the confidence and energy I have gained not to mention the inches I have lost and unwanted baby weight is added bonus. I love the energy and the workouts here at burn and it's great they have free child-watch for my twins. I never thought I would say this but I love working out and can't imagine not working out it's great, love being able to chase after my toddler or my twins. BurnBootCamp is a really good gym I loved going I have been a member since it first opened so iv seen an been their for all the new changes new owner's everything my only complaint would be how situations get handled in childcare I stopped taking my son & 2 daughters my son would always get sick he broke out with a huge rash an that situation was not handled properly at all ! I also had another incident where one of the child care workers totally snobbed me because I said I didn't feel comfortable with a older kid playing in the baby area while my son was in their an she snaps back at me saying the older kid would be staying in their an that they obviously watch them it made me so mad an uncomfortable I told her I don't want her holding my baby at all an she goes OK all rude I told the front desk they told me they talk to her an she was supposed to apologize which she never did I still kept my membership just stopped taking my son I just canceled my membership after seeing how my friends comments & concerns about childcare we're literally getting deleted instead of addressed & the she gets blocked . Iv taken a lot of friends with kids who have left to due to situations with childcare I loved being at burn an im sad to go but I'm just not comfortable being their anymore things have changed so much & you can feel who's genuine . read more

This gym is THE best gym I've ever been to. All of the staff is great and the trainers really look out for you. Although you're working out with a group of women (which is one of my favorite parts) the trainers always come through to fix your form, answer questions, or simply motivate you. But the best part of this experience: is childcare. The ladies are awesome and I like that it's not at the front of the building where random people can just walk by and see them. Since I started here I've lost over 20lbs. They also have an evolt machine here that does full body scans and gives you break downs of what is happening in your body. I'm really loving Burn Boot Camp! I've been getting in shape again after not doing anything for a while and this is the perfect place for me. It generally caters to women, but as a husband whose wife also goes, its perfect that they offer co-ed classes. I've never felt like I am at a "women's" gym, and the classes and workouts are as intense as you need them to be. The trainers are excellent and very knowledgeable and make you feel like you have your own personal trainer.
