I had 2 X sessions of coolscrulpting. Twice in my stomach and twice in my lower abdomen. 6 month later and $3K dollar short, i still don't see any results. When i called them they said wait more time for the best results, they also said come back and buy more treatment. I should have seen some kind of results by now. Please don't spend your money. So disappointed. I had an 11 am appt for a BBL treatment. I arrived 15 minutes early and sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming out to talk with me. About 11:05 a woman came out to have me sign a form, walked off and said nothing else. Finally a woman came out, I presume the one providing the treatment, and asked me a few questions about what concerns I had. She then told me "okay, I'm going to take this other guy in and then I'll get to you". Wow, no explanation for the delay.......nothing. I waited until around 11:25 without anyone else coming out to apologize for my wait or anything so I left. Now maybe if they'd been busy I could see the reason for the delay, however there were only two other people there. Not a great way to treat your clients. read more

She has a skilled, steady hand, with an artist's eye while friendly and professional. I wasn't interested in any other service and she didn't try to upsell any service or product. Absolutely no bruising or redness and even the blebs were barely noticeable to me. No one could tell I had gotten six injections on my brow and forehead all day long meeting with family and friends. With websites being hacked everyday for credit card numbers and identity theft it is irresponsible of them to have that as "their policy". A woman by the name of Vanessa called after someone at corporate had read this review..in a fake, phoney voice you wasted my time by explaining to me as if I were a child that they take the credit card in case someone cancels or shows up...yeah, Vanessa..I already knew that. I asked her "So do you give out your credit card to clients so that when you cancel, change our appointment, or make us wait 1 hour past out appointment we can charge you $50?"
