Ashley created a really knowledgable and fun experience for my first time getting botox. I'm getting married in September and was seeking out some options to just give my face a *refresh* without going overboard. She made me feel really comfortable across the board: very light hand with no pain, explained what each of her recommendations entailed and best of all, wasn't pushy when it came to any upselling of both services or their membership they offer. His place is 5 stars! I will have to rate lower for them never being on time. I have been a citrus member for 6 months now and every time I make an appointment I don't get seen at that time. Let me start by saying, this was the 3rd place I found for a coolsculpting consultation - one in which I walked out of after waiting 45min (no joke) to just be acknowledged... I came across Orange Twist in Brea, decided to give it a go and made an appt. I am beyond THRILLED I found this gem. The second I walked in, Donell (their amazing and knowledgeable PA) jumped out to not only greet me but to invite me to their Happy Hour special event that night (keep an eye out for these, really awesome). I came in to see Ashley because she came highly recommended and I found on yelp that she has experience with gummy smiles. Because this is a big insecurity of mine, I figured I'd give her a shot. I was pretty nervous going in for Botox for the first time but as soon as I walked in, Ashley, my nurse injector made me feel welcome and calm. She talked me through everything I needed to know and wanted to know before hand, including the price. We laughed at how worried I was that there could potentially be signs of bruising because I am a guy and I didn't want anyone knowing I got injections.
