Went looking for new bed and was impressed by the prices and selection...will definitely shop here again.

I recently purchased a gorgeous bed from Orbit and it is amazing!! The bed itself is amazing to look at but the important part is my new mattress. I'm sleeping like a baby. The store itself is great. So many great pieces, it makes me want to refurnish my whole house! If your looking for unique or classic, sturdy and great quality Orbit is the place to go. The accessories i.e. Lamps, decorative pillows,rugs, art work...everything is eye catching and hard to resist. I will definitely be a return customer. The staff from the store to delivery was great. This store going into was great friendly courteous but that seems to be a ploy to buy furniture, once you buy furniture however the product that arrived seem to be refurbished. I bought futon sofa bed on 10/10/17 from this store it was very beautiful in store fit my apartments well however it broke 10/14/17. Sitting on it was ok but when open the futon sofa compressed wood broke. Call the store several times the manger nice friendly guy hmm nope he told me it's my fault, they said they will come and see it but never came till 12/07/17 after weeks having me wait and not showing up to do nothing !! read more

When I first went to find a bed I found the process very frustrating, they don't have a lot of the models in the store which made picking out a frame difficult. But after a little conversation they sat me down with a display of their online store and I was able to look at all the models and pricing. Luckily they had a good variety of mattresses in the store as that's definitely something you want to be able to try out in person. The options were a little pricy which surprised me but I've been very pleased with the results. The mattress was ready the next day but the bed-frame wasn't going to be ready for a while. They offered to provide me with the mattress and a temporary metal frame until the one I selected could be delivered. They came promptly to deliver and set me up no problem, about a week later they came and took the metal frame and replaced it with the wood one. Everything has been working great! read more

What a pleasant surprise in the heart of Flatbush avenue! Went in here over the weekend, after an extensive furniture search for my new place. Wasn't expecting much, since I had already gone through quite a few stores in Brooklyn, but was pleasantly surprised. For one, the sales guy was really friendly and easy to talk to. Ended up chatting me up for quite some time, while presenting me with ideas for my new place. Two, they were able to order pieces I had seen online and gave me a great price. Not to mention that they sell all sorts of accessories for your home. Will definitely be sending family here. It's not often that you walk out of a store having exceeded your expectations. read more

This store is Awesome , but I must worn that it's dangerous to go in , they have such a wide selection from small accessories to bedroom sets , that once you are there you will want to renovate. I stayed strong and just bought what I was shopping for , which was a new bed with a mattress. I intended to get a memory mattress , but after being shown and tested a big selection of diffrent kind of mattress I went with a completely different type of mattress that I absolutely love ! The staff was very helpful , patient and the setup and delivery was on point and on time. The best part they where able to offer me a line of credit with no interest for six months , as soon as I am done paying that , I am going back for my new sofa and tv stand ) read more

Owner has a total lack of integrity. Caught him lying unnecessarily. I ordered a couch from the catalogue. The couch that arrived was completely different from the couch pictured. I showed the couch to the delivery guys and we all agreed it was not even close. I wasn't mad: clearly the problem was with the company, not the seller, since the product they sent was not the one in the picture. We called the owner and he spent 20 minutes trying to tell me that my eyesight was off and the couch was the same, even though he hadn't looked at the couch. Then he told me I could return it for a restocking fee, I think just lying thinking losing 30% would scare me into keeping it, but the couch was so different from what I'd ordered I agreed: at which point he said he'd been mistaken and there was no returns or exchanges. He then had his manager call me and make up a fake backstory trying to gaslight me into "remembering" a fake 1-hour conversation he claimed we'd had weeks ago where he clearly explained that the couch in the picture was not the couch in the picture, when in fact I remember the conversation very well and it went "I really want this particular color, not a dark one or a brown one" and he said "I found it!" after leafing through some catalogues and showing me the one I ordered. So what arrived was a very dark, very brown, sofa. Look, mistakes happen and mixups occur: my strong warning against Orbit is the total lack of honesty and integrity they showed in dealing with me, from the sleazy lies to the ridiculous assertion that my eyesight was wrong without taking even a minute to deal with me reasonably, or even expressing they were sorry I was disappointed. Someone who runs a business in this manner does not deserve customers. read more

Seriously I don't know who would rate this store in flatbush 5 or 4 stars! I ordered an item that was over $1000 dollars on December 7, 2013. It is now February 2014 and I have not received the item. I keep getting different dates and that the warehouse hasn't answered their phone to schedule a delivery. Okay but not my problem. The workers are nice but who cares if you are still waiting for your merchandise to be delivered 2 1/2 months later! The manager even had the nerve to have an attitude with me as if I don't have the right to ask about my merchandise which I paid in full on December 7, 2013. I had to remind him that I have been very patient for all these months and he had the nerve to say he would not take my money, excuse me you already have so where is my merchandise?? If you are purchasing a big item don't do it from this store; it's better to go to a more professional place. By the way, anyone can write a good review, that includes the owners or people who work there so trust me don't deal with bad customer service for an item that you paid for that is rightfully yours. By the way, the item that I am waiting for is online and ships out in 3 weeks so why is it so hard for this store to deliver the merchandise??? well who knows. read more
