I have had cancer twice and need to have teeth pulled, and this has affected me financially and so I have state insurance at this time. I have worked most of my life. Most dental offices I have called recently are rude, judgmental and unprofessional. They need to remember that even basic calls to a dental office are shared with others. Andersen Dental office shared information I needed today, and consequently I am referring others and my son, who just graduated pharmacy school, to Andersen Dental, as a future dental office to go to for their/his own teeth. :) I spoke with front office staff /insurance there and the two people I communicated with on the phone today were totally awesome and made my day. It is never fun to be ill, and Andersen Dental made me feel welcome even though my insurance is not covered at their office. Nice. But my son's insurance will be, and that of others I know. They have dropped some coverage with certain insurance companies, but luckily ours wasn't one of them. They have also had a lot of dental hygienist turnover the last couple of years, but they seem to have a full staff again currently. That's been tough for us because we had been spoiled with having the same hygienist for years and got to know them, which added extra comfort to an otherwise stressful experience. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but seeing a familiar face had helped ease my anxiety. We love the relaxing spa vibes in this office. It feels clean and comfortable, but not overly clinical like some dentist offices. They offer beverages in the waiting room, which also has a couch and fireplace, making for a cozy environment. We also appreciate that they can make a crown while you wait and watch a Netflix movie. It's nice not have to wait a week for a third party to make the crown and leave the dentist office with a temporary. The in-house crowns we're not something we've experienced before, so that's a huge plus! Overall this is an exceptional dentist office. They have a nice relaxing environment and have the capabilities of performing most dental services in-house. We would highly recommend.

They fit me in within 4 days. Could've been 1 but my schedule didn't allow. The office is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is so welcoming and kind. Dr Thomas is absolutely wonderful. He was so gentle kind and compassionate. They were so transparent. Laid out several different options for treatment plans. They were not pushy at all. Allowed me to make my decision and then were able to immediately do the treatment. On top of all that they have such reasonable and affordable pricing. Rather than working with us to resolve the issue, the account was immediately sent to collections. After years of being loyal patients, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer service. Dr. Aldridge performed the surgery without giving her the option to seek care with a specialist. It went completely sideways and the staff did nothing to help until it was too late. My daughter had a major infection and had to have additional procedures under general anesthesia with a specialist. The staff lacked experience and empathy. I sat in the chair, X-rays were taken, and the hygienist attempted to clean my teeth. It appeared that Dr. Keller was having a dental emergency with a patient in the room at my five o'clock. After I waited a long time, he came into the room briefly and said that "everything looked fine." He did look in my mouth. Next, the hygienist said they would have me come back. Approximately two months later, the VA Community Care Center sent me back to his office. I sat in the chair for 10 minutes, and that was it. No dentist looked in my mouth. Fast-forward to August 2026: I had the same chronic tooth pain, but now I also had a sinus infection and Eustachian tube dysfunction. I called the VA and was seen there for an emergency visit. The upper-left tooth I had complained about to Dr. Keller now needs a specialist/endodontist. They are not sure they can save my tooth. I am giving this practice one star. When I sat in the chair for the second time, I was told that Dr. Keller was gone from the practice and had retired to Utah. As a doctor, I know they had an obligation to look in my mouth concerning my extreme tooth pain with cold fluids and foods. The new dentist did not look in my mouth, even though, according to Washington State Department of Health rules and regulations, they were required under Washington state law to do so. Next, when I received the TRICARE bill, I could not believe what I saw: Dr. Keller had charged the federal government for a dentist's exam. June 2026 I asked the practice for my billing and medical records. The only medical bill that I had seen from this practice was sent from TRICARE, I was not given my medical records X-rays etc.
