Helen was informative helpful and prompt! My schedule ran late but SHE STAYED AND WAITED FOR ME! when we got started I adjusted my services so I wouldn't keep her as long as the original plan would have and she did not cut me short a single minute! She was kind and patient. She never once made me feel rushed or unwelcome. She had the most soothing voice and the massage was phenomenal. I she paid attention to every detail and didn't omit the hot stones (which I totally thought she may have since it was already 9:00pm). I appreciate her so much for her services. This place needs improvement. Some suggestions: 1- When a customer calls to make an appointment for two facial and massage combos for her best friend's birthday, and you confirm, please don't have the esthetician call six hours later to say that "she can't make it to a 12:30 p.m. appointment that day because it's Halloween the night before and her birthday weekend, and she'll be out partying, and can you please just do a one-hour massage?". (Mind you, I only purchased the Groupon discount AFTER I had already confirmed the appointment.) 2- When your client agrees to the two one-hour massages, and calls a week ahead of time, surely you can make sure to have staff available for our appointment. (When we got there, they made one of me wait 20 minutes, while my BFF got her massage started, until another staff member could be called in. 3- CLOSE THE DOOR to the massage room! All the way. Not cracked. Neither of us wanted to hear others walking by, things being dropped loudly on the floor, and conversations outside the doors. 4- The door on said massage room needs WD-40! And I only know this because the two therapists stopped our massages and went in and out multiple times during the hour for various reasons (phone was ringing loudly, other customers were arriving, etc.). 5- TURN DOWN YOUR PHONE RINGER AND/OR at least answer after the first ring. I kid you not, the phone rang at least four times in an hour, and the ring tone is an obnoxious "HELLO MOTO..." over and over again! After so many times I thought we might be being punked...like, is this 2010?! 6- Get some rugs! The squeaky, clunky, clompy, walking around the massage tables ×2 was so annoying. This was a really disappointing experience, especially since my BFF was really excited to have a facial, and when that didn't work out, I should have just canceled and booked somewhere else. I found this place through Groupon. There's been a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders so I treated myself to a massage Call the number on their website to reserve a time slot. They also honor the price on Groupon so you don't have to buy the voucher. Just let them know when you book the appointment. They gave me a stamp card and a special rate for my next few visits. My masseuse was really strong for a little lady. She really rubbed out the knots in my neck and shoulders. Next time, I'd tell her not to touch my face and just focus on other areas. I had a Groupon discount for this place (bought on Groupon). Making an appointment was kind of difficult. They at first didn't pick up the phone call, either the one listed on Groupon or the one found on their yelp page. But someone soon thereafter texted me to make an appointment. Required some back and forth and I was eventually able to schedule myself for the next day. You present your Groupon to them at the front desk. They let you know you can only use a Groupon discount the first time around. Problem is I bought 2 of them, so I'll have to figure out someone I can gift the 2nd one too. They do have a stamp card though, where after so many massages you get the next one at 50% off which is pretty cool. Never saw that anywhere else. The room is nice. I had a larger doubles room. It was nice and dark inside the room. Unfortunately though you can hear people walking up and down the hallways as well as people talking. You can even hear the door chime when people walk in and out of this place. The hole you put your head into was really uncomfortable. It was hard to breathe in and the air flow in there was quite low. So lots of breathing in of carbon dioxide. The massage therapist was not that great. She talktalked to you at the beginning of what level of massage you want and where your problem areas are. And that's about it. Which is usually fine (because I'm not there to have a conversation), but she definitely does not listen to your body as she's massaging you. There were many points in the massage where it was too hard and very painful as my body was wincing and rigid in pain. But she kept right on going, without easing up. I left in pain. More points were hurting after I was done then when I began. Fast forward 2 days later though and my body feels a lot better. Thus the 3 stars instead of the 4 stars. The stamp card is very enticing. But I'll probably request a different therapist. Its also cool that you can venmo/zelle them instead of carrying cash or using card. read more

This place has rescheduled on me several times I have come for an appointment and they have been 20 minutes late and it has now been the third time I have made an appointment and they have asked me to reschedule or tell me that they will have two people switch off, massaging me because they have another appointment when I made this appointment in advance myself when I called to talk to the owner, they said that they were gonna be late about 20 to 30 minutes now because of traffic and I said well this is not the first time they continue to proceed forward and say well they didn't sleep last night and they have some family issues and maybe we should just reschedule. I had my doubts about this place given the reviews. Well, I had a different experience! I bought a groupon for a full set of lashes with a fill. Gina provided a smooth and friendly experience over the phone and accommodated to my schedule. Upon arrival, Gina asked what I wanted (I already knew what sizes I wanted given my history of lash extensions). She listened to my request, and made my lashes look natural but long and pretty. I just went back for my two week fill, and I'm happier then ever!!! Also, the tape she used is comfortable, not sure if she changed the type used recently! She lets me know that certain darker and bigger freckles may take two sessions and she has been able to get rid of all of them. I'm a very picky customer and she goes above and beyond to fulfill my expectations. My eyelashes are always full & beautiful & it I typically get refills every 3 weeks. My facials are so relaxing, I always feel refreshed and relaxed when I'm done. Over all i had a relaxing massage. I went there with an appointment. I planned on paying tip with my credit card because i did not have any funds on my debit card ( pay day was the next day). I was met with very pushy energy of asking if i can try another card, getting told they work hard and they need their tips. When asked how much i said 5$, i was told the usual tip is 10$ and next time i would have to pay that amount . My credit card was not working with their card swipe device. Then i was told to go get a tip and come back. I would have gladly did that on my own but the pushy energy was overwhelming. I am a hard worker my self and of-course i recognize what they do is not easy in their own joints and hands. I signed up with Groupon trying to treat my self and my own soar body. I wanted to like my experience getting a spa manicure and pedicure, but there were just too many problems to overlook. The Pros: -The woman who greeted me was exceedingly nice! (This would have been one star, if it hadn't been for her.) -They use good quality polish -It's done in a private room. This place is set up for massages, so you're not surrounded by a bunch of people--it's a very serene atmosphere. The Cons: -What I received was not a "spa" mani-pedi. I've gotten a lot of mani-pedis, and a basic one includes soaking, foot scrubbing with a pumice stone or foot file, nail clipping, nail shaping, foot and calf (and hand and arm) massage, moisturizer and nail polishing. A "spa" manicure is either the addition of sitting in a massage chair, or an extra treatment like a salt scrub or paraffin dip (depending on location). Orchid did not have a massage chair, but I figured that at a place that obviously specializes in massages would take care of that. Wrong. What I got: a "mini" mani-pedi. It's what you get between true mani-pedis to just keep your hands and feet looking nice: soaking for under 2 minutes, nail shaping, and nail polish. No scrub, no massage at all, and no lotion or cuticle oil. I had to put lotion on in the car because my hands were so dry afterwards. Using your own lotion and foot file immediately after a mani-pedi is not a sign of a good one. -The person who did the pedicure part obviously didn't care about doing it well. After she trimmed my nails (again, no massage or foot scrub), she started to put my sandals on so she could paint my nails. She started to put my sandals on the wrong feet, and seemed annoyed when I told her so. Then, she put the thong of my sandals between the 2nd and 3rd toe, so they were about halfway on and super uncomfortable. I told her I could fix them, and as I was leaning down to put them on, she whipped them onto the floor and told me I was getting the foam ones. I told her I wanted my own sandals, but it didn't matter. She couldn't even get the foam ones on right (see photo)--I'm not sure if she just didn't understand how shoes and feet work, of if she's just that careless. -The layout is really strange--I had to turn my torso at a 45 degree angle for her to do the manicure. No relaxing at all, and is very uncomfortable for the back. The two women kept tripping over each other to get to the supplies, and setting stuff on the floor after they were done using it. It felt like I was getting a mani-pedi is someone's dorm room, not a professional spa. -Finally, the paint job was a huge disappointment. It's high quality polish, so it's going to stay a while. Unfortunately, the polish was applied so far away from the cuticle that it looks like it's already grown out a week. I'll need to get it redone very soon, which is a huge disappointment. This place seems to know what they're doing with most of their treatments, but they are not equipped to do a quality spa manicure and pedicure. read more

When I messaged them about it they said I could come in to get them redone but said that I'd have to pay all over again for the length that I originally asked for.
