This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. She barely drilled or filed my nails, I had to ask her to do the thumb & it still looks bad. She got acrylic all over my skin, the acrylic & nail polish is spilling over the nail on my skin. It's so lumpy, bumpy & uneven. She massaged oil over the nail dust after drilling my nails & it felt disgusting. I'm going to my usual nail salon to get them fixed. read more

Get Nikki. She's good. I went in while she wasn't there and they completely messed up my nails. they weren't close to the cuticle and the shellac chipped. I get shellac so it doesn't chip. i called them 6 days in because i was fed up with getting chips. my nails already looked grown out and they blamed it on "good health". they were gonna charge me for a full rebase. i got charged for a recolor because "i chose a new color" (a slightly darker blue). they were literally going to fill the chip and send me on my way. this place sucks. take your money elsewhere. you shouldn't have to go back and pay for their mistakes. it's stupid. read more

Horrible place. Not very clean. The older woman was incredibly rough and my pedicure polish may as well have been done by a 4 year old. Very expensive for crappy service. If I was to give ratings from 0 it would be 0. I went in a couple days ago showed them a picture of a full set the lady looked at me then asked another lady if I can get them done and she says no. Understandable right. The lady gets started i notice bumps on her application the shaping was all wrong the size even the color for the base. I showed her a picture it was French tips. When I tell you she didn't know how to I mean she didn't know how to. She put polish on then took it off then put it back then with a brush in nail polish remover she took off little by little. Was not what I asked for. She said "it's too hard I don't know how to" Cindy and another lady came up and where showing her how to do it I washed my hands went back and fourth 4 times just for bubbles in the polish uneven lines they changed up everything I asked for and made them look like duck nails. I got to my car and started crying. I also want to talk about how they did not use a new file buffer or drill bits. I took off the polish and fixed the shape myself on one hand I fixed everything. No it doesn't not look like how I would want it too look but it is so much better to what I asked for. The hand I did not fix the nails broke the following week. I also went for a pedi and they where so rough and trying to force me into going with a lady after I said no I'll come back next time. Not going back for sure. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! I'm from Houston and a full set us usually $25-$35, not only did they charge $45 for a full set but it was the absolute ugliest shit I have ever had done. And so I'm thinking and went back in to tell them "May you please file my nails down, you dont even have to redo them I'll paint them over my own fucking self" Not only were they extremely lazy about the issue but then told me NO I cannot have them filed down after I spent over $50 for them??!! Like wtf aren't I supposed to pay for what I wanted?? Not YOU! Then I walk back in they didnt expect us, and one lady literally had her leg propped up doing her feet on a Nail desk literally disgusted and disgusting both the environment and the nail work like no. Wish I could give 0 stars and kick all there asses. Now I gotta wait for them to fall off which probably wont take to long and the bitch that did my nails was way too rough my nails are literally burning as I type. Then tried to blame it on my nailbed like yall know you couldve trimmed this shit, looks like im walking around with bear claws, the design is half assed, then tried to scam us out of money by saying we didnt pay for the extra accessories which we did! And we had to show them the exact same nail design over 20 times and even more when it was time to start the paint. Heres a tip if they tell you No Refund, whip them lazy hoes into shape and tell them what you want to the absolute detail even if they start bein rude cause they genuinely made me wanna stomp on all there feet read more

DON'T GO HERE!! I usually try to keep positive about businesses, but this one is not cheap and their products are not good. The staff was nice, my pedicure was nice, the massage too, but I paid $40.00 dls for it. I usually have shellac on my nails, and I had some pretty natural nails. well this place ruined them! They filed them down, and broke within days of having them done, I ended up cutting all of my nails which I am so bummed about. I paid $85.00 dls for my girls and me and their shellac is just not strong, thick. I don't know why, but the result was very crappy. I will not be going back!!!! read more

Came in and was told I was next. Ended up making me wait 45minutes just to get a shellac mani. Took over an hour to finish the mani and my shellac started chipping off 3 days later!!! When I called to ask them to fix it, they kept telling me to call back later when they weren't busy and ultimately ended up telling me that it was my fault the nails chipped. I've gotten shellac manis for years and NEVER had them chip in less than a week to week and a half AT LEAST! Not to mention, my nails are super crooked when I told the technician multiple times and asked her to fix it. I will never spend my money here again nor will I recommend my worst enemy to go here! I have had my nails and toes done here multiple times and I'm always very happy. Victoria is my main nail tech, but the other ladies are all very good. If you go in after work expect to wait a while...that's just how it is with walk ins. But they are very accommodating and listen to what you want. They offer additional service but never push me if I say no. There is a bit of a language barrier with some of the women but they are patient and make sure everyone is on the same page. I see why they don't give refunds. They would go out of business. I had a manicure done and the nail polish was chipped the next day. When I called about it the woman I talked to said to come back and they would fix them. I went in and all she did was tell me I should have done the shellac and "fix" them by painting a different color over the chipped off parts. Needless to say they started chipping again that night.
